I had an excellent experience as a patient with Dr. Alex H. Nguyen, DDS, in Saratoga. The teeth cleaning was both thorough and gentle. I was particularly impressed by the new technology, specifically "Guided Biofilm Therapy (GBT) and Airflow." I appreciate the request for immediate feedback on the GBT process, as the team values patient input.
Dr. Nguyen always conducts a follow-up evaluation after the hygiene appointment, demonstrating his genuine care for the health of your teeth.
The office staff is also responsive and attentive to detail in all administrative matters, including scheduling, insurance inquiries, and payments.

I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Nguyen! I have been a patient of his for about ten years and I have only had positive experiences during that time. He is knowledgeable, meticulous, and thorough at every appointment. Most recently, I called Dr. Nguyen at the end of the day when the office was about to close because the cap on my front tooth fell off and I needed a replacement ASAP. Dr. Nguyen had me come in right away and stayed after hours to fix it that very same day. This kind gesture speaks volumes about the type of person he is as well. I've been coming to Dr. Nguyen's office for the past couple of years now and he is by far the best dentist I've ever had. Starting with the office itself, it's very zen and clean. I love the scent when i walk in, very aromatherapy. His staff is great and always friendly. Dr Nguyen himself is one of the nicest people I know and he has that gentle touch when working on you. There are many reasons why I drive all the way from San Francisco. The office manager Stacy has always been very friendly and efficient. The office itself is like a zen spa - putting you in a more relaxed state of mind for your dental procedures. Alex takes special care to keep the procedures as painless as possible. And most importantly is the quality of his work. Alex transformed my front teeth to look perfect and natural at the same time. People now compliment my teeth and smile - which never happened before.

Just left Dr. Alex office, and yet again I felt like family. I have been seeing Dr. Nguyen for over 8+ years, and the one thing that he gave me back was my smile!

When he was recommended to me, I had gone and had veneers put on my teeth by another dentist. When the veneers went on they were yellow, big and well I looked like I had gopher teeth. My brother is a dentist, but lives in Atlanta, GA. I went home and let him look at them, and he said you need to get them fixed....they were awful.

This is where Dr. Alex comes in...an amazing dentist and someone who gave me my SMILE back. Now when I went to see him it was not a short process, because Alex is a perfectionist, an artist and a very, very talented cosmetic dentist. How I was lucky enough to have found him...I am thankful everyday when I see my smile. He was meticulous in the steps he took to right the horrible wrong to my teeth. And he didn't cut corners either. The temporaries looked really good as well, so you don't mind walking around why he does his perfectionist work in the background.

He is very hard on his labs, and accepts only the best for his patients. He even told me that when the veneers came in, if they did not meet his specifications, he would be rescheduling my appointment and making the lab do them over. That happened 3 times, and on the 3rd I got my new smile!!!!

Given the awful experience I had leading up to the final product, I was still petrified to have the real deal done, as once they are cemented there is no turning back. Alex was so wonderful reassuring me that he wouldn't permanently put anything in my mouth that didn't meet his standard of perfection. Perfection is what I know have in my smile now, and I travel from Morgan Hill to Saratoga twice a year to see the entire office, who I LOVE, to get my teeth cleaned. Today was another great day spent with a dental office and a dentist that I recommend to everyone...especially if you want to change your smile and have the most gorgeous teeth in California!
