Purchased an autoclave (paid in full) and when it arrived 2 months later it was damaged. After sending it back we waited an additional 3 months before ordering another autoclave elsewhere. Still have not recieved reimbursement from Alfa Medical and unfortunately had to have our attorneys step in. I would never recommend this company to anyone.

Alfa has Financial problems! They have kept our deposit (9 MONTHS) and DID NOT DELIVER the purchased Sterilizer! DO NOT DEAL WITH ALFA MEDICAL!

well what can i said of a company that steals money from people to fix my autoclave it costed me over 1500 dollars and two months not a good experience the guys they sent to do the job actually have to call technical support so they can tell him what to do walking in and out of the store the final bill was over 600 dollars and finally they fixed the autoclave but i got stock with parts they order by mistake and made me pay for them they actualy change most of the parts whey could and charge me for it honestly had a bad experience with this people and if you call them they say they will call you back and never do

They took an order, asked for a large deposit and did not deliver the product nor return the deposit.
It has been over a year now!
