This was my first experience with Dr. Chien and his staff. I was referred, by my dentist, to have a tooth extracted. The experience was exceptional from start to finish, and to complete the procedure, Dr. Chien called, at the end of the day, to make sure there were no issues as a result of the procedure. He and his staff were extremely professional and patient oriented. I would recommend he and his staff without reservation. I’ll be returning for an implant once the affected area is healed.

Dr. Chien is amazing! Very friendly, TRANSPARENT, and down to earth. Love the care he and his team have provided me. My orthodontist referred me to Dr. Chien for orthognatic surgery and I’m very happy he did. I was extremely terrified about the procedure but after speaking to Dr. Chien I felt comfortable to go through with the process. He explained everything in depth and was completely honest. His transparency gained my trust. The day of surgery Dr. Chien went over the procedure again with me. Immediately after the surgery he was in communication with my significant other updating him. Dr. Chien always takes the time to respond to my text messages when I have questions or concerns about my post care. Dr. Chien and his staff are wonderful.

I was very afraid to go through the procedure, BUT Dr. Chien made me feel comfortable to make the decision to go through it. Throughout the process, he educated me and explained the risks. By keeping me properly informed, he made me feel safe and I felt that as my doctor, he genuinely cared about my well-being; that to him, this wasn't just a transaction and I'm not just another patient. During my visits prior to the surgery, he took the time to know me as a person and connecting with me, and I felt like by doing so, trust was built. I appreciate how he personally called and checked on me a few hours after the procedure to make sure I was doing good and I wasn't in pain. He took really good care of me and he did an amazing job! I wish all doctors were like him; professional and genuinely caring.
