Allen Family Dental

This was my first time going, and I was very impressed with the hygienist, the front desk staff, and Dr. Allen. The hygienist was very enjoyable to talk to and helped me to relax by talking about non-dental things. Dr. Allen took her time in talking with me regarding a treatment plan, as well as trying to work with my specific dental comfort levels (or lack, thereof). I would highly recommend this practice!

This is the best dentist I have ever been to. She was attentive, competent, efficient, and kind. I needed a tooth extraction done, and she was able to do it in less than five minutes, after the numbing kicked in. It was quick and easy, and significantly more affordable than I expected. She must have done a good job with the extraction, because I had very little pain and inflammation afterward. The dental assistants were also nice and good at their jobs. I highly recommend this office. Also, it’s cool that they didn’t scold me about flossing and brushing my teeth like offices normally do. They didn’t make me feel bad, just provided healthcare in a professional way.

I am the biggest baby when it comes to the dentist. I'm petrified. Mallory the hygienist was amazing with me. She was patient, explained everything she was doing, and made sure I was doing ok every step of the way. Dr. Allen came in and was equally as amazing. I probably won't ever love the dentist but I might not mind going in the future as long as I'm going here.

The best dentist I have ever been to! Everyone was so sweet and kind! They are great at there job's! They make you feel comfortable and very understanding about what you are going through! Thank you so much for everything Dr Shepanie Allen you are a angel to me and a blessing! Your staff and you rock the dentist I highly recommend going to them!

Had my first appointment with Allen Family Dental today and couldn’t have asked for a better experience! The entire staff is so welcoming, thorough, and attentive! Morgan did my cleaning and she was AMAZING! Definitely recommend!

Giving 4 stars because of the billing, I was taking my son here for check ups. The first time around nothing was owed, the second time I wasn't informed that they weren't in network with our insurance and it cost us money, I'm very thankful they cancelled my upcoming appointment because I was going to call and do that anyway. Be careful when using this place and ask all of the questions, they aren't honest upfront. I also didn't get a bill until months later. It says they take our insurance on their website but somehow in 6 months time they aren't in network anymore, I walked out of there thinking I wasn't going to get a bill and was blindsided when I received a bill from them. They also don't seem to charge upfront which is odd, normally when you leave the dentist they at least tell you what's owed and expect payment. The reason I only gave 4 stars is the dentist and staff meet expectations and it's disappointing that they don't take our insurance because this is where my kids would have gone

Had a terrific experience after having not been to the dentist in forever (too long to mention!), and highly recommend this dental office! Very friendly and efficient, and they truly care about the patients!
