Customer service here was above and beyond! My doctor had ordered me a wheelchair. I’ve never dealt with picking up medical equipment before or dealing with a medical equipment store. The women over the phone were so patient, helpful, and attentive. And the man who delivered was awesome too.

Now I am going to file a lawsuit. Your customer service is unknowledgeable, rude and just don't give a damn!!! Horrible customer service. I've needed a new mask for months and months and Alliance is totally unresponsive and uncaring. You're in the health "CARE" industry. Remember that!!
