Extremely unprofessional. Changed my doctor without notice and extremely unorganized. Nurses are running around a gossiping about patients. No one know whats going on

Patient for about 2 or more years. Having consistent issues with medical team and billing department. Call Line is no better. What goes from hours turns into months to even years. They are unaware of which departments do what and get transferred to like 5+ people in one call. They never reach out to you even when you ask for call back or email. DO NOT COME HERE. THEY JUST CAUSE MORE STRESS AND HEADACHES.

Short wait times and decent service, but they are too high tech for my taste. The doctor sits down at a computer while they try to diagnose you. I understand that doctors don't know everything, but they shouldn't need a computer every time. Its ridiculous the amount of information they collect for a simple wellness check up. When I changed obstetricians, they refused to send my paperwork to my new provider and claimed I never went to them. I ended up having to do blood work all over again just to be able to switch doctors.

If you're a walk in be prepared to wait. Overall the nurses and doctor were all very nice and helpful. I had to go through so many other places until I found them and they walked me through everything to make sure I was seen today after being sick for nearly a week. Of course the wait was brutal but that's expected when you dont have an appointment and everyone has the same idea you do.

I have been a patient of Dr. Chaudrhy for about 5 years now. I trusted him with my medical needs because he is very professional and he helped me in every way he can with my pregnancy. Unfortunately, I had moved. When I saw my new OBGYN she mentioned that Dr. Chaudrhy did a really good job on taking care of me and my pregnancy. I highly recommend Dr. Chaudrhy. He's the best doctor! Also, I can never thank Crystabel enough for always being there for my needs. Not only she is awesome, but she treated me like her own family especially when I lost my baby. I cant thank you both enough Dr. Chaudrhy and Crystabel!
