Dr. Wu is my primary. He’s so kool; he is attentive and listens to his patients. He acknowledges your pain. He is genuinely concerned and searches for ways to resolve any issues. I appreciate having him in my corner. Staff is cordial. The only complaint is the coldness at the reception desk. There are no smiles. Their voices hint at boredom. Definitely do not feel welcome here until I’m in the room and Dr. Wu comes in with a smile and friendly acknowledgment. Medical records, once they realize there might be an issue immediately takes care of it. Van transportation is available door to door and I’m very grateful for that. My favorite driver is Tony because he has a great personality and I enjoy shocking him with stories of my travels. He is a safe driver. Maria is also a good driver but she’s so overfully careful she’s gonna burn them brakes out.😂

Dr. De la Cruz was really caring with my children. He showed care and compassion towards them.
This location is a good location to come. It is my first time and hopefully will not be my last.

Front desk was fast and professional. Usually they confirm your personal information out loud but in here they are sensitive about your information and find the way to communicated.

This location is way much better than the location at 1101 Cherry St at Tulare.

Dr. De La Cruz is amazing. He really advocated for my daughter’s health and was very adamant towards her getting further evaluation. Because of his persistency I was able to have my daughter’s cancer diagnosed ASAP. He constantly called to reassure how her process was going in the beginning of her journey. I had never dealt with such a professional caring Doctor, I 100% recommend him and it’s great, clean clinic.

Great clinic! My child’s pediatrician Dr. Benincore is amazing! Very attentive and takes his time with any questions or concerns you may have. I also have nothing but great things to say on the dental side of the clinic. Dr. Chen is very thorough and informative. Would recommend this clinic overall!

Dr. Benincore is by far my favorite! My sons have seen other pediatric doctors (4 others so far at Altura) and they were good, but don’t compare to Dr. Benincore. He is passionate, playful, and gives full explanations on everything. The only thing I wish was different, is the location. The Tulare st. location is a multi-center so of all age ranges, which can be nerve recking when there’s a ton of sick adults. Wish Dr. Benincore was at the Pediatric location on Leland Ave.

I always come here for all my Dr appt. And I always make an appt before I come in. Place is always clean. They have a TV on so you can watch it. Restrooms are always clean. People here are very nice. My Dr. Ramos is amazing.

This morning I called this clinic to make a doctor's appointment for my daughter. The receptionist told me that they did not have an appointment available, only an appointment by phone. I made an appointment for my daughter with Dr. Hanna because my daughter has a sore throat, the doctor called me and sent my daughter to have some tests for a throat infection to prescribe medication. I took my daughter for the test and the nurse told me that the doctor would call me to let me know about my daughter prescription for her medicine.The doctor never called me so I decided to call the doctor to see what was going on with my daughter's prescription and they told me at the clinic that Dr. Hanna left home, So how is it possible that this irresponsible doctor goes to her house without even caring about her patient my daughter. My daughter is in pain and the doctor went to her house without giving my daughter her prescription. this is unacceptable. I will change my daughters clinic as soon as possible. this clinic and its doctors are useless

I had sudden pain in my shoulder. I got appointment immediately and few tests done at Altura center only. Every one is coopertve
