Enjoyed our visit with Dr. Clark, his assistant Janet, and the front desk lady. Everyone was so welcoming. Dr. Clark is very gentle and calming. My husband had to have two teeth extracted, and Dr. Clark made it a calming and peaceful experience. We appreciate the natural-holistic values that they have in helping your dental health and overall health. We enjoyed the peaceful Christian instrumental music playing in the background. I have been a patient of Dr. Clark’s for a few years. He has helped me with an extraction of an infected tooth, followed by an implant. I also have my routine dental cleanings done here. I am very satisfied with the service I have received at Amity Gentle Dental.

Before I became a patient of Dr. Clark’s, I had a root canal procedure done at another dentist’s office. This (front) tooth had been broken in a biking accident when I was a kid. I eventually had it crowned. I started having pain in the tooth about 15 years after the accident. When the pain initially started, I was still going to my previous dentist, and he performed a root canal procedure on this tooth. My pain in the tooth actually increased after the root canal procedure. After that, I was referred to an endodontist who did another root canal procedure on the same tooth. My pain still continued, and ended up getting even worse again. At this point, the endodontist wanted to do some sort of surgical procedure, I believe it’s called an apicoectomy. I did not want to have this procedure done, especially after all the problems the tooth had caused me.

I was finally ready for a change in the trajectory of my situation and wanted to explore other options. I began looking for a holistic dentist—that’s when I found Amity Gentle Dental.

Dr. Clark extracted the tooth and did the implant procedure. The implant looks and feels great! I wished I had skipped over the root canals entirely and just had the tooth extracted in the first place. I was dealing with pain for so long, but getting the tooth out stopped my pain and was ultimately the best thing to do.

I am very thankful that I found this clinic and that I was able to get the help I needed!

Horrible experience. I brought my two boys for a visit. One for a regular visit and one because I thought he had a lip tie. They completely forgot my second son had a visit and I had to ask them about it. The dr lifts my son’s lip up with a disgusting bandaid on his finger and then says “at this age we don’t do anything unless there’s feeding problems.” Then they charge a full appointment visit for my son. There was definitely no evaluation done. They didn’t check his gums, didn’t check for a tongue tie. Just lifted his top lip for a millisecond and then said they wouldn’t do anything anyways. I’m very disappointed in the unclean practices shown and the dr just trying to make a buck. We will not be back.
