I have recently started coming here for primary care and I have been so happy with the results. Dr. Molina has been amazing at listening to ALL my concerns and has tests/referrals done in such a fast manner and is very knowledgeable in explaining medical information. I have had close to none wait time in their lobby as well.

The dentist and dental assistants here are always so welcoming and never make me feel judged. They give me tips on taking care of my teeth in a way that feels helpful, not pushy. Since I’ve been coming more regularly, they’ve actually noticed and praised the work I’m putting in, which feels awesome. It’s nice to go somewhere where they really support the progress I’m making!

Been coming here for a couple years now, Susana is always so welcoming, always does her best to get me in the days I can with my busy schedule.
Mayra is very welcoming as well when she takes me to the back room, makes sure I’m comfortable through the whole experience.
My appointments are always a quick in & out which is my favorite part about it.

Went in to get my x-rays for my teeth and was the worst experience I ever had. The dental assistant that was doing my x-rays made it a point to tell me that my lower jaw was "weird" and was hard to do my scans. I have never had this issue before at any dentist I went to. Refused to look at me and didn't want to touch my teeth because she had sensory issues and when taking one of my scans ASKED IF I COULD HOLD THE PLASTIC PART WITH MY FINGER. THREE TIMES. Then, when the dentist arrived, she asked how many times I brushed my teeth. Let the lady know that I didn't usually have time but I usually aim for 4 times a week and she shamed me! Telling me that I have to brush my teeth twice a day and that I should make time for it! The dental assistant also shamed me and said I should do it because if I cared about my health, I just should. When I stepped out to schedule my next appointment, the secretary was no where to be found. Waiting for about 10 minutes with no acknowledgement from anyway. Saw the girls sitting in the back giggling so I just left. Would never go back to them ever again.

I don’t even know where to start. Dr. Molina has been my doctor for years over 7-8 years. Some point during his practice he had stopped being a hands on type of doctor. In the past few years, I feel like he’s played around with my health. He would tell me one thing one day and something else the next. He order labs or x-rays or ultrasounds (for non pregnancy things related.)
I live in colusa and i have to drive over there for these check ups or follow up or if im walking in. He knowingly telling me to follow up in 2 weeks after the x-rays or ultrasounds. I show up after 25 mins and have to wait so long sometimes, just to be told we don’t have the results. That if i went to go do it. Like yeah i did. They should have checked these before i drove all that way to this appt. Or tell the people they get these from to send them as soon as they have what they need. These past 2 years i changed a lot of my lifestyle. I’ve made it a point to tell him I’m trying. He did refer me to get help for what i’ve needed but the people i was referred to didn’t work out. So when i came back i’d expressed that i’m struggling. He refused to give me solutions I want and continuously asked for. I’ve asked for labs all year. Even last months appt to make sure today i get my labs done. he reassured me yes the 27 TH. As I read and learn more about certain women diagnoses because there’s a HUGE difference in treating men and women in certain things. I have waited and waited. I can’t even call because I get call center and they have refused to transfer. I had to deal with them one time he told me he ordered an ultrasound. Waited and waited for calls back just to be told he wasn’t ordering them. He has done this time and time again with people in my family. Family friends have even said things about his ways. Doesn’t take certain things and symptoms seriously. I just felt comfortable with him being my doctor having my years of records but I won’t do this no more. Thank you for continuously wasting my time.

also wasn’t the point of the call center was to help take off some work load off the MAs? every time i go in to the arbuckle or colusa one, they are on the phones calling people. Maybe they should have more time to focus on the patients there then calling back for appts. he always tells me they will call and schedule me appoints or what not been waiting since my last appt to get a call from the front desk.

OH AND THE FLU SHOT always asks if i want it when im pretty sure i always get it…

I went here and got a wisdom tooth extraction. Everyone, from the front desk, assistants, and dentist herself, we’re all extremely helpful and friendly. They also have a sliding payment plan if you have no dental insurance, and will walk you through step by step if needed. This extraction was extremely quick and pain free and I am only 4 days post op with NO PAIN! Great place with even GREATER staff. Thank you so much!

First time seeing Dr. MOLINA. He wouldn't let me finish a single sentence and did not even look at my 17 month old child. Brought him in for suspected sinus infection and the doctor never looked at his nose, ears, mouth nothing . He was extremely RUDE and fickle. Just wanted to talk about the vaccine record. My son has a heart condition so an infection is serious for him! Will NEVER see that doctor again! He should NOT be practicing medicine.

Pro: clean nice facility
Pro: for a small community, it’s got what it needs for most basic concerns. You want “fluff” go to a bigger city
Pro: staff is courteous & organized
Pro: dr. has always been thorough & helpful with my concerns every time I’ve needed to be seen even, admittedly, when I wasn’t at my best because I was sick.

I’m happy to have this clinic as a resource as other services are 30minutes or more away. When your sick, driving far is the last thing you want to do.
