As an active LBCC student, I was worried about the time and cost for dentist appointments even during semesters and exams.
Dr. Franklin is an understandable hard worker and his assistant Julio, is very reassuring in his work and pays attention to any discomfort you may have during your procedures. Having been operated on for four crowns, several root canals and even a very difficult tooth extraction which totaled up to four hours of work, they have performed exceptionally well on the contrary to past dentists I've had.
Understandably, many of us who are at the dentist in the first place cannot afford special treatment, but communication is important for establishing a level of trust and confidence that allow them to work at their very best. Funnily enough, Dr. Franklin remarked about how I look like his son, who shares a few similarities to my personality and predicaments, in the same gesture, treat me like one of his own. So regardless of your financial status, health, or occupation, I encourage you to visit this Dentistry and help out all of the workers there as they will for you.

Dr Frabklin Is Very Professional,Charismatic And A Hard Worker. Knows How To Treat People Coming And Make Them Feel Good. I am so happy I came back after many years to get my teeth cleaned and ALL of my cavities done. He done it so fast and gentle I’m glad to say I am happy I came to my appointment today ! You wouldn’t be disappointed scheduling and coming to this dentist I guaranteed you will not regret it at all.

Great place to get your teeth cleaned here. I've been coming here for years and despite the change in owners, the staff and doctor are still sweet and sufficient here. Booking an appointment was very easy. The waiting area is nice and clean. The dental assistant Julio was very patient and gentle when doing my X-rays. Dr. Nguyen was amazing! He explained his steps and was very educational during the process. They speak English, Vietnamese, Spanish, and Khmer! I highly recommend this place!

Best dentist very! Dr Franklin Nguyen is very nice and gentle. He took his time and really did the work. He even did extra work out of his pocket. Thank you so much Doctor. On 4/28/2023, I bit Cambodian Green Plum and broke one of my front tooth. I booked appointment at West Coast Dental that I used my Liberty Dental Insurance for years at that location. Finally I got to see doctor on May 5th, 2023. Customer Service was very bad including the doctor, he never telling you about his next move to do your teeth. He just communicate with his assistant to redo the job. That was upset me. After I met with my friend at L.A Fitness, he referred me to Anaheim Dentistry. Schedule was fantastic, quick, and outstanding service. Appointment booked on May 10, 2023, Dr. Franklin, and his assistant Julio was terrific. They both worked together as team to get the job done perfect at once time. All employees at Anaheim Dentistry were great that meet your expectation, price was half of the price at West Coast Dental. Where do you find Dentist place that had an excellence service, low price, and care about your smile. I was doing the bridge work on my front teeth. It was done in two visit, first visit on May 10th, 2023, and Second visit was on 5/22/23 which is today. Done!!! , Definitely recommend to all friends, families, and specially in Cambodian Community to visit the place. You never disappointed for Dental Service Needed.

This is a very good place Dr.Franklin Nguyen is helpful in making sure that you are satisfied with what you need and his partner Julio is freindly and good at making sure everything on your teeth comes out correct as for Sina the front desk she's very quick at inputting you into the schedules she's also kind.
