I am so happy that I came to this dentist. They were super helpful with my dental needs and helped me apply for care credit to pay for my dental services that were so badly needed. I highly recommend this dental practice and Dr. Alex was super nice. They understood that dental visits are traumatic because of western dental and they made sure that I was comfortable the whole time. They helped me so much. Had a visit today , and for the first visit they did so much work !! The staff here are amazing and make the experience more comfortable. I definitely would highly recommend this Dentist! The doctor was very informative and they worked with my insurance!!

Everyone is so nice and accommodating here. Great options and pricing. Never have to wait long. Very down to earth people. I wouldn't want to go anywhere else. Would highly recommend. Went in for a consultation. Very poor communication. Just started working on my teeth without walking me through what was going on. Rushed my fillings. While working on me I could tell he redid a filling 2-3 times so now my tooth is practically just filling and very sensitive. I couldn’t floss in between two teeth afterward so I had to go somewhere else to get it fixed. Definitely stay away. I made the mistake of not doing more research on finding a better place.

First time trying out this dental place with Medi-cal. They are accepting new patients with Medi-cal. It was fairly easy to set up an appointment. Just give them a call and they will schedule you in with multiple openings and you choose what's best for you.

-Front desk was super nice, I believe her name was Maria.
-Lobby wait time was usually around 10-15 minutes after the timing of the scheduled appointment.
-If staff are backed, it might be 30-40 minutes at most.
-Went in for deep cleaning and fillings.
-First appointment is usually an x-ray. I was given the option to do a filling, so I went ahead and got that done the same day. Staff were backed up this day, so I only got my left half done for fillings.
-Deep cleaning requires approval from your insurance, so I had to wait a day to get that approved. The front desk will call you and schedule you ASAP. I got a call the next day.
-2nd appointment, Deep cleaning took approximately 45mins-1hr.
-3rd appointment, I got my right fillings done, took about 30-45 mins also.

Dr. Yousef and Gabby were the ones that attended to me for my appointments. They are very nice and honest. If you have questions, don't hesitate to ask. They will answer you to the best of their knowledge. If you don't ask anything, they will proceed with what they're doing.
For my fillings, Dr. Yousef asked multiple times if my "bite" felt okay, and he fixed it multiple times until I felt my teeth bite was the same as before. He also said if it feels off, don't hesitate to make another appointment for him to fix it in the future.

Definitely recommend this to everyone.
