One day before my 9 AM appointment they ask if I can reschedule to 10 AM. I tell them I cannot do 10 AM. They then say the next available appointment is in ONE MONTH. No apology. I made this appointment months ago.

Update September 2024: after rescheduling my appointment because they couldn’t see me at my original time for whatever reason, they have informed me they will be closed on the day of my new appointment and that they next available time is another month out. So my original appointment is now two months after when it was scheduled. Again, no apology. The one time I was here, no complaints on my actual appointment. Dentist and hygienist were nice. The scheduling and front office is the main issue.

I have a phobia of dentists and have not seen one for quite a few years before now. Her staff were kind and welcoming, and made me feel so comfortable. Dr. Anna talked to me about sedation, what it would cost, and gave me many options during my first visit. I went back today for a cleaning and some fillings, and it was so quick that I was genuinely surprised when it was done! Dr. Anna was so sweet, reassured me a lot, and told me that if I was at all uncomfortable, to raise my hand and she would stop. I had such a wonderful experience and am very thankful for her!

Unbelievable waste of time and effort. While searching for a dentist I decided to try this Dr based on online reviews and being in my network. I called the office and was told I would need to first call my insurance provider and get assigned to them as they cannot facilitate that. I was clearly told that transfers typically happen the 1st of the month however it is possible to get an immediate transfer. I called insurance provider and made the transfer. During the call the agent stated the transfer would be immediate. I then call this dental office again, feeling good that I completed the transfer and can make the appointment. WRONG, now she tells me that they won't accept immediate transfers! Apparently they need my name to appear on their monthly roster so that they are getting paid, first. This is what the receptionist explained to me! So they want money before I've even met them or received any service whatsoever. Their Greed is more important than the care needed by the patient. I guess I should be happy this is exposed before I begin. Horrible experience and horrible service

I had a dentist in North Hollywood who placed a crown on my molar and said, “You don’t have much room on your tooth for the crown so we’ll see”. The crown failed.

On the other hand, Dr Durkin said, “You don’t have a lot of room for a crown so I’m going to pull your gum up to make more room for the crown”.

At last a dentist who knows what she’s doing and is also very nice and sweet!

My first appt was frustrating and upsetting. I only saw the dentist for 2-3 minutes total after waiting for 40 minutes.alone. She barely looked in my mouth and I was presented with a $7,900 treatment plan. I will not return.

This dentist office may not be fancy. But if you’re looking for solid, honest good work for reasonable prices this is the dentist for you. I had some major dental work done here, and my teeth looked great.I’m very picky Also, the prices were very reasonable. I know because I’ve shopped around. I’ll only be getting my dental work done here from now on.
