This place is a joke. Terrible service. The doctor doesn’t care one bit about you. Wait over an hour for the doctor to walk in and spend 30 seconds and walks out. She knows people like me have no other choice but to go there so they can treat you like crap and nobody’s going to care.

My wife and I went this morning. She is trying to get a new psychiatrist and had to see a nurse practitioner before they would schedule the psychiatrist. They just called a few minutes ago with an appointment for the end of July. Do they not understand psychology at all. We need something in the next few weeks, not five months from now. Stay away from this place.

Whoever owns this place really needs to take a hard look at the second floor staff and monitor them. Its not necessary to yell at people when they have a pee sample in their hand. And I also don't think it's necessary to try to challenge somebody's manhood by a woman acting like a man boss. I don't know who's in charge here, but they could do a lot better job of customer service.

This is listed many places under free dental care, however it's far from free.. even though I'm disabled and very low income the charge requested was $45 for exam and $45 per visit afterwards.. No possible way to afford to get 4 teeth removed!
Now my wife is trying to get care .. she had to do her own diagnosis ..the doctor (you know who) didn't even go over her blood work with my wife.. she just says come back in a month.. costing another $25 (the bottom of their sliding scale).. It's almost impossible to get things done here.. the staff is either on sick leave, at lunch most of the day or in hiding.. we are trying to find another doctor now since my wife is anxious to start treatment..
These people are heartless! We were a few days late on showing our low income status (they never told us 10 days).. and now trying to get $391.40 from us... they don't care at all about poor people.. just the money they can get from them or the government... shame on you!

i cannot believe this is a real place that people receive health care. i should have known not to come here by the difficulty i had even trying to get an appointment on the phone. i have never been here and had an appointment for a physical capacity form to be filled out for a job im trying to get and had to pay $25 for a doctor to come in, fill out the form and tell me i had an appointment in 3 months for bloodwork and when i said i didnt need another appointment she LITERALLY just walked out of the room mid sentence and we were left alone for like 10 minutes. i finally found a nurse in the hall and asked what was going on and if we were free to leave and she said “do whatever you want” needless to say i left and i will never go to or recommend a Quality of Life facility to ANYONE!! Ridiculous!!!! The only person in the building who had the quality of a real human being was the lady at the registration desk downstairs who was nice.

I am so thankful I went to this clinic. To start with I was with Dr. Thomas.. I’ve noticed she doesn’t really care about the patient. Only wants you in and out as fast as possible. She didn’t even take 2 minutes to speak with me. I switched to Dr. Garba and she has been my favorite doctor I’ve ever went to! She listens to what you have to say, educates you on the different matters, really goes into depth and makes sure to work WITH you on the medication and the process moving forward. The staff is super nice and always very helpful (this includes front desk, the clinic, AND pharmacy!!). As long as I make an appointment before time, the visit goes very efficiently (in and out), but they still make sure to check everything is going well, my concerns, etc. Make sure to bring in your ID, and check stub (you might qualify for the discount.. which btw has helped me GREATLY! $25 copay, hugely discounted medicine, etc). Very thankful for this clinic and the staff 🙏🏻💕
