I’ll never forget the day we admitted my sweet dad into the memory care unit at Arbor Terrace. Hardest thing I ever had to do. We could no longer care for him at home.
Lisa, the director of the unit, is the reason my family and I felt at peace having dad there. She was wonderful to work with as she had the same goals as we did… keep dad engaged, comfortable and safe. She treats the residents as family. Her leadership flows down to her staff as they showed the same kindness and compassion in caring for dad. They really got to know him and would give us updates on his morning when we arrived. Treating my dad with dignity and kindness until the very end was a gift I am forever grateful for.
Thank you to Lisa and her amazing team! You all hold a very special place in my heart ♥️

After researching many places in the area, I found it easy to choose Arbor Terrace Exton to care for my loving Father. From the initial meeting with Heather who answered all my questions via in person and through text messaging, I’d choose this memory care unit again.
Their compassionate care, quick responses and resolutions to any issues that we faced were outstanding. Even with Dad’s dementia,
He recognized and responded to the staff with a smile.
Although we loathed taking him out of their home, we ( my 4 sisters and my Mother) felt secure and relieved that Dad was cared for respectfully and safely.
The place itself is lovely… many places to take Dad within Arbor Terrace. I’d recommend Arbor Terrace Exton without reservation!

I have nothing but praise for Arbor Terrace Staff. They were sweet, attentive and wonderful to work with. Lisa, the Director is amazing - organized, caring and genuine. It wasn't easy for my family to place my Dad in a memory care unit, it was the last thing we wanted for him, but we could no longer care for him at home. Arbor Terrace made the transition for all of us as smooth as possible. Their love and support throughout my Dad's time there was nothing but exceptional. My family refers to the staff as our Arbor Angels, especially our Angel Jay. God bless and thank you for all you did for our Dad - much appreciated.

I recently did a jewelry event at Arbor Terrace Exton. What an amazing place!! . The staff is amazing!! Very genuine and hospitable
I was given a tour and I would have my parents live here if need be!! I was very impressed by each room that held activities, the dining area and reception. I’ve been to many assisted living facilities and nothing compares. I recommend Arbor Terrace Exton to whomever is looking for a place to reside. Your loved one’s or yourself will be well taken care of.

We could not be happier with the experience that my mother is having. The staff is exceptional! The facility is new and beautiful and very well maintained. We thank everybody at Arbor Terrace for making what could have been one of the hardest life decisions one that we will never regret.

My dad was here for 3 months before we decided to move him to a different location. Within the first week we found my dad wondering down business 30 alone. The facility had no idea he even left. He also had an incident where he had an injured hand and swollen gash on his head in which he was adamant occurred during an interaction with an overnight staff member. The facility refused to show us the cameras so we could see what happened first hand. Although he had some very kind staff members, the leadership was horrible at this location. Sue was not only rude, but clearly cared about the money and not the people there. The building is beautiful so I was hoping it would be a good fit, but after multiple incidents it was clear they were not a good match for our family. We moved my dad to another facility in which we had wonderful care, I just wish we moved him out of arbor terrace sooner than we did. I would not recommend this location to anyone unless a new director is there.

To: the Staff of Arbor Terrace, Exton- Thank you! I am so grateful for the loving care you showed my mom and my family for three and a half years. So many of you often told me how much you liked my mom, and you really knew her! In her last days, my daughter commented to me, "Wow, mom! They really love nana here!"
I have to especially mention Lisa Tatarelli, the Floor Manager in Evergreen (Memory Care) who went above and beyond to give mom the best care possible. Her willingness to take every request seriously, to communicate with me promptly and at all hours, and her compassion and professionalism truly made all the difference in our experience. Also, a few of the care staff and activities staff are worth mentioning because of their exemplary care- Tearsha, Lexie, Brian (care staff) - thank you for loving my mom and giving her as much dignity as possible. And Allie, Kirstie, Sue, and Chuck included her in activities with great enthusiasm. From Brittany's smile and kind word at the front desk to the accountant Bernadette's availability and friendliness- I am so glad we chose Arbor Terrace.

To Potential Residents and Their Families: No place is perfect, and yes, a 'home' like this is an institution. Even so, from a family of one of their longest residents, I highly recommend Arbor Terrace. Visit often, communicate your concerns -even small ones- and they will do their best to give the best care possible and make your loved one feel valued and part of their community. I would choose it again.

We cannot say enough good things about the staff at Arbor Terrace Memory Care. The Director, Lisa Taterelli and her staff go above and beyond. We entrusted my mother in their care. They provide engaging activities for residents to choose from, well designed apartments, nice dining area; but most importantly the care that came from Zyaire, Sheilita, Angelo, Janeyah & the entire staff was incredible. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for your care.

When my sister, Linda, had to make the heartbreaking decision to put her husband, Andy, into a memory care facility, she searched many and found Arbor Terrace. I came to visit my brother in law and was so very impressed. My expectations of a memory care facility was nothing like I saw and experienced. What a beautiful facility and so well taken care of. The staff were phenomenal, caring and loving! The love and care they showed for my sister as well was great!

When Andy passed away, there was such overwhelming love and support from the staff. They took such care of working with Linda to help her deal with the beginning of her grief.

I can't express enough how much I appreciate them looking after my family. Arbor Terrace is a wonderful place to help you with your loved ones!!

Lisa, the director of the memory care, unit never ceases to amaze. She’s full of energy and clearly puts the patients’ needs first. She has genuine, heartfelt concern for the people under her care. I would go as far as to say that she treats them as if they are family members because in her mind they are. Arbor Terrace offers the rare ability for those in the memory care unit to walk outside when they want and the weather permits, because their outside patio is enclosed, and secured. Furthermore, all the directors and sales and marketing people are deeply devoted to the people entrusted to their care. I can’t recommend them highly enough.
