Amazing experience with Dr. Jones and his team from start to finish! Knowing we were moving, he was able to put a slight rush on things and get our daughters braces off before we left! The retainer was made right then and there. So impressed and our daughter has a beautiful smile!!

Dr Jones and staff are second to none. Their office is incredibly kid friendly and they treat every patient like it’s their only patient that day! Vikki works the front desk and she is the most pleasant part of the experience! Anytime I need to reschedule, she gets back to me promptly and always finds an alternative for me. I’m grateful for her flexibility with my kiddos! Dr Jones makes my kids feel comfortable. Dare I say they look forward to their dental appts?! Thank you Dr Jones and team! We love you!

God forbid if your cheaply made retainer cracks, because they will want to charge you $450 on top of the thousands of dollars you spent on Invisalign for a new mold as this company breaks them when they’re done with you. Other orthodontists keep their moldings in case their patients’ retainers break in the future. In the end, they filed my front teeth down causing a gap there making them look worse than before. They’re in it only for collecting money. I highly recommend going somewhere else.

Arctic Smiles is the best orthodontics for kids!! And being paired right next to Little White Tooth! This place really tends and cares for our littles while going through their teeth journey and educating them on why taking care of our teeth is important. Highly recommend!
