The hygienist team goes out of their way to ensure you’re comfortable and understand what is being done.

The team of dentists are great with excellent bedside manner. They know what they’re doing but more importantly don’t pressure you into treatments that are not needed or too expensive - they give you options and are incredibly responsive.

What I appreciate the most is that they’re open on Saturdays which helps me with my work schedule. Thank you!

Arizona Biltmore Dentistry exceeded my expectations. They were professional and exceptional. I was traveling to Arizona from Detroit and had an incident where I was eating and chipped my “Lower Left Crown”. I googled searched dentists in the area and this location popped up. I called and ask could the fix be done because it was very uncomfortable from the oddly shaped chip that was scraping my tongue while talking and chewing! Well the staff made it happen! I gave all my necessary info over the phone insurance and general questions, and they worked me into the very booked day schedule and so happen they were a provider short that day staffing wise. I came in and didn’t wait too long and also completed forms and they were so nice!!! Then out came Dustin (Dental Assistant) and he was wonderful, he was exceptional with getting the tooth prepped for the procedure to clean and file the tooth down where it was chipped. Dr Turner came in and he was very friendly and making sure the tooth was comfortable for me to function the entire trip. Thank you Arizona Biltmore Dentistry for resolving my issue and also being a great dental provider! Give them your business they are great.

Having cancer, I sought out a dentist with care and compassion to help correct issues that chemotherapy has caused in my mouth. I cannot speak highly enough about Jeanette and the front desk team to the hygienists, especially Leah, and Dr. Taylor who is the kindest, most compassionate doctor I have been to for the extensive work that needed to be taken care of in my mouth. Not only did she do check-in’s but she injected humor and provided a peaceful and calm environment for me. Over 10 hours of dental work over two days and I am happy to recommend Arizona Biltmore dentistry to anyone needing any dental work done. Thank you to the entire team, you all are amazing.

I was two weeks into a case of shingles when I developed an abscessed tooth - double major pain! - and my dentist wasn’t available. My daughter found Arizona Biltmore Dentistry online, I called, and they were able to see me within two hours. This, on a Saturday morning! After registration and x-rays, Dr. Pete explained why an extraction was necessary, and so we began the process. The care I received from Dr. Pete and the staff was excellent in every detail, from the extra lidocaine I always need to the explanations of why we were doing things a certain way, to the unhurried pace, to the great moral support. Dr. Pete is highly skilled, both medically and in reducing patient stress and anxiety. I couldn’t have asked for better care. Despite my difficult circumstances (I was getting by on 2 hours of sleep a night because of the shingles pain), having to trust an office I’d never been to before, and losing a tooth, Dr. Pete and the staff made my visit a very positive experience, and there were no post-op complications. I’m so glad I went there and recommend them 1000%. If you want dental care that is beyond excellent, Arizona Biltmore Dentistry is the place to go.

Went in for a same day appointment thinking I was getting a tooth taken out. After consult they prepped for a root canal, but after cleaning they realized I could just get a filling. Gotta love a place that adapts and doesn't just charge more and do extra work that's unnecessary. Also both the dentist and the assistant were great and made sure that I was as comfortable as possible. Definitely recommend, super affordable with my insurance as well

I visited Dr. J when I was on a trip to Arizona
My crown fell off. He didn't want to do anything permanent, because he wasn't my regular dentist. the temporary glue he put on my original crown came off early. When Baltimore Dentistry followed up with me, and I pointed out what happened
half of my bill was refunded.

Dr. Jay makes things right, and I really appreciate him for that. Especially because I'm from out of state

I am like clinically terrified of the dentist and I almost always leave crying. I don’t have terrible teeth but I also don’t have amazing teeth. I had to get a deep cleaning and let me tell you Katie, the dental hygienist here is 100% the reason I love this place. She makes me calm and relaxed and does a really good job. I will only book with her. She’s a kind and gentle person and makes going to the dentist not as bad. I love her. I’ll keep going here as long as she’s here.
