I have been going to AZ Smile Designers for about 8 years. They have always taken very good care of my mouth. Both dentists have taken care of me. They are both very good. Dr. Noone has been a wonderful help in thinking outside the box to fix a couple troublesome situations with an implant. He has entertaining conversation as he works. ? (How did an hour and a half go by that quickly?!?) All the staff are wonderful, caring people. Yes. I definitely recommend this dentist office.

Had very good experience. Less stressful than previous dentists I’ve had and I spent the first 12 years of my life in a dental chair. Had a teeth cleaning, X-rays and exam. Hadn’t been in for 5 years, so expected a jack hammer and chisel, but Tiffany was great and did a great job and pain free. Staff at the front were friendly and helpful and very professional.

I recently had a tooth pulled and the related stitches decided they were ready to come out early.

Imagine a 4 inch piece of hard string stuck in your mouth through a small piece of gum just flapping all over. It was hard to eat, talk, and occasionally I was choking on the string.

It was Friday about noon and my local dentist was closed. I visited four other local dentist and explained that I only needed 5 minutes for a hygienist or dentist to cut the stitch string and pull it through my gum.

Each place I went didn’t even let me explain my need and that it was only 5 minutes. I was willing to wait as clearly I did not have an appointment.

I got looks and attitudes and excuses of we are booked, we didn’t put it in we can’t take it out. There was no inclination of wanting to help.

I was on my way to have a friend just cut it out and hope for the best, the discomfort was real!

I accidentally drove by Arizona Smile Designers and was greeted and treated like royalty.

In three minutes they cut it out and I was on my way. I was more than willing to pay as was so relieved. They say no payment necessarily.

So my message to those around Cottonwood is if Arizona Smile Designers treated a non patient like this can you imagine how you will
be treated!

To all the small businesses out there take note that your front desk staff can truly impact your business.

I will now be a patient of Arizona Smiles Designers all because of three minutes of kindness.

Very pleased. Working in the area for only a few months, when I developed a tooth ache. Call ASD they got me in with in a few days. Dr Vergara examined me and found I had a cracked tooth & would need a crown. I explained I would only be in the area for a few more months. He said he could begin treatment that same day. He put in a temporary cap & made an appointment for me to return in 2 weeks to have a permanent cap applied to the tooth. I wish I could recall everyone's name I had dealings while in the office because they were all very professional helpful.
