Attention to details. Very professional, thorough, and courteous. It is VERY important to me for ALL dental staff to thoroughly wash their hands IN MY PRESENCE BEFORE "gloving up". Germs are EVERYWHERE...on EVERY surface. If gloves are put on after touching ANY surface....those gloves are ALREADY CONTAMINATED!!!! I discussed this concern on my initial visit....while not wanting to appear disrespectful or difficult, this is definitely a prerequisite of mine. I'm happy to say this request was honored....and without attitude. My former dentist and his staff were VERY big on doing this (without being asking) but since his retirement, it was imperative for me to find another dentist of this high caliber while receiving excellent dental care. Prayerfully, Dental Centers here in Pine Bluff will "fit the bill". So far....so good ?.

The staff was very warm & friendly. The hygienist, Julie was thorough, knowledgeable and was a very good listener. I enjoyed the checkup and look forward to my next visit. So glad I was very lucky in finding this dentist and with a lovely staff.

My first visit at Arkansas Dental Centers in Pine Bluff was a great experience. Thw facility was very clean and welcoming. The staff was very friendly and professional. My appointment was handled in a very timely and prompt manner. I feel comfortable referring my family and friends here.

I’m sad to have to give this rating after literally years of using this practice. I started going to Dr. Foster when I was 15. I’m 34 now, and after 19 years, I am having to make a change. I guess that because of all the changing of hands this office has been through over the years, it’s just not the same any more. After Dr. Foster passed away, Janna, my hygienist stayed. I continued to see her, until she retired. After that, I saw a few others. I believe that the practice has changed hands at least 3-5 times since Foster’s death. That wouldn’t be so bad, if the same care was given. Each time I would go, I was being pressured about removing my wisdom teeth, which currently don’t give me any trouble. 2 of them are not even out of the gums. The other two are fine. I did have a cavity in one, which Sanders said he couldn’t fill. He said I would need that one removed instead. I went elsewhere, and had it filled. I am going on 2 years now, and that filling is functioning just fine. I have no reason to remove my wisdom teeth. Yet, every time, I would get asked by the hygienist and also Sanders if I had thought any more about having them out. Sanders would always say that it is better to do it now while I am young. But again, I don’t have any issues with my wisdom teeth! Also, the last time I was there, I said I had a tooth that was causing me some sensitivity, (fourth one from the right of my middle teeth), and wanted to know if I had a cavity. I was told, “We just have you scheduled for a cleaning today. We can’t tell you that unless if you have x-rays, and we would have to schedule another appointment for that.” That is absolutely ridiculous. In all the years I have been going there, a cleaning and exam went together, there were no technicalities in terminology, and if you had a problem, they would check it out and tell you if they saw a cavity. Since they do x-days every other time, I didn’t need them at that visit. So it’s like telling me that I basically need to schedule whether I have a cavity or not? Absurd! Basically, let’s clean your teeth, including any decay that may be in your mouth, and send you on your way! I’m sorry, but I believe that $ is the name of the game now, and that’s just sad.

Dr. Sanders and his staff are great. They are quick with getting you in for an appointment. The waiting room time is very minimal. And Dr. Sanders listens to your concerns and knows exactly how to remedy the situation. I highly recommend this office.

As someone who is terrified of the dentist, I can honestly say Dr. Cody and his staff made me very at ease and as comfortable as I could be in my situation. They answered all of my questions, developed an oral health plan for me and made strides to carry out all of the plan. 5* service and an AMAZING staff.

The staff at Arkansas Dental Center of Pine Bluff are top notch. They are very caring and down to earth. The Hygienists are great and Dr.Sanders has always provided me with great care. I highly recommend their services.
