All the Dentist is thorough and take the time to explain every step of my treatment plan, ensuring I was comfortable and informed. The dental hygienist was gentle yet efficient, and I appreciated how they prioritized patient comfort and care. Scheduling was also a breeze, and they worked around my schedule to find the best time.

Overall, Arkansas Family Dental truly delivers a high standard of care with a friendly approach. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a caring and skilled dental team in Little Rock!

Let’s say I haven’t been to a dentist in about 3 to 4 years maybe, due to bad experience. After getting a referral from a friend and meeting the staffs here I literally felt like I was at home. This place is a 10/10 recommended. Very welcoming atmosphere! Wonderful informative staffs. I love how I got a tour of the building as a first time patient. Beautiful shop they have the equipments needed to help you with whatever care you need for your lovely teeth. Don’t be ashamed if your mouth doesn’t look the best the staff will get you right & have your mouth looking brand new ! Thanks to Ms. Bri, Mr. Rich, the other staffs & Mrs. Mack,MD I will be coming back!

I have been a patient for over a decade and with their dedicated staff and our developed treatment plans. My smile is still impeccable. I appreciate my entire dental team! The first and only dentist in my life I wasn’t afraid of/with. I love the acknowledgement of a simple tap or hand raise for discomfort in a procedure and they increase medication give it time to kick in and back at it. I received dental care with ADF for the past year. Services included cleaning, crowns, root canals and extraction with prep for an implant. I have not been pleased with the services received over the past year and have given them several opportunities to make it right. I experienced unusual discomfort after preparation for a crown but was assured it was normal by Dr. Sarah King. I insisted on waiting longer before the permanent crown was seated and was assured there were no other problems. After crown was seated I continued to experience discomfort for several months. I was told I now needed a root canal. Now the crown seated only a few months earlier had to be removed. Months later I am still experiencing discomfort from root canal, poor fitting and smoothing of crown. In both cases, the solutions offered to resolve the issue would be at my expense. This is on top of what they had already been paid, in full, for these services. Absolutely no accountability was taken on the part of Dr. Samaria Mascagni for cracking a crown that was next to an extraction. "If I had done something wrong I would have told you", were her exact words. I have visited several dentists over the course of my life and this was by far my worst ever experience!!
