Every staff member was fantastic from the time I walked in til the time I left. Never having had dental work before, I was terrified and every bit of the staff was reassuring the whole time as well as joked with me to keep my anxiety down. All my questions were answered and everything was explained thoroughly. Dr Herrod was professional and fantastic. All 4 of my wisdom teeth were out within 45 minutes and I know I’ll be feeling better soon. I highly recommend this office for any dental surgery needs. 5 stars isn’t even enough for this place!

I’ve never had a better experience with a dentist. Dr Leal & his nurse Ashley are amazing, and have went above and beyond for me both before and in the weeks following my procedure. Ashley has called me several times during my recovery just to check in and answer questions and make sure my recovery is going well. 10/10 would recommend.

No one wants to have a tooth pulled or surgically removed, but if you have to, I highly recommend Arkansas Oral and Facial Surgery Center in Harrison. They were informative and tried to make me feel comfortable. They did a great job with my surgery. Then they called to check on me the next day. All around, just a nice place, with kind individuals!

Dr. Leal pulled all of my wisdom teeth and some extras yesterday. I’m scared of surgical procedures and his staff was really nice and helped me to calm down. After surgery, I woke up and was up the rest of the day. I’ve been completely pain-free and had no swelling so far. It was so easy I almost can’t believe I had surgery yesterday. His staff has been great at answering all of my questions, even the silly ones. They even called to check on me this morning. My experience couldn’t have been any better, and I couldn’t thank them enough. They are the best!

I have been to my fare share of dentist in my life but never have I experienced the level of expertise as I have from Arkansas oral and facial. From the first monent, consult, I felt very comfortable. Everything was explained and made clear. The procedure was to remove a broken tooth ( to the root) and put in an implant. It was amazing, absolutely one of the least painful experiences I have ever had. They followed up after the surgery and made sure I was taken care of. My return visit to remove the over growth was just as amazing. The most painful thing of this whole experience was the numbing shot (to be expected). I just want to say thank you to the staff and Doctors for all they have done!! I will DEFINETLY recommend Arkansas Oral and Facial to anyone and everyone.

Dr. Leal and his staff at Arkansas Oral and Facial Surgery at Harrison are amazing. Dr. Leal is very conscientious. He makes you as comfortable as possible. And, he is geniunely concerned if you are in pain. He's removed a bad tooth and completed two implants so far (I'll have another implant next year). I am beyond thrilled with Dr. Leal. He's caring and compassionate, as well as his staff. I definitely recommend this office for any oral surgery.
