Went in for a possible extraction after fillings put in by the army some 10 years ago fell out.

Was told one of the cavities never had a filling. Except I remember the day that specific filling fell out because it caused an immense amount of paint when I bit down on it in the middle of chewing my lunch at the Wakefield Tavern in Wake Forest, North Carolina when I was attending a local college.

Needless to say I will not be returning here.

Thanks to these lovely ladies here. I'm able to get through a dentist appointment. I have terrible terrible anxiety. And they commendate me beyond words. They understand it and try to work with me. And they do such a great job. I love my smile.. I love it here and I thank them so much for keeping me smiling. Miss Armstrong is a rock star. In my opinion.

I would not recommend this place to anyone, she did 3 extractions on me at the same time and waited over an hour til the numbness started wearing off before she started to work on me and had to renumb, then when she extracted my tooth she pulled and pulled and hurt my jaw severely and then i could feel the tooth break off as she got it out then she packed it with something that ended up causing severe mouth and jaw pain all the way up to my cheek bones, did not even tell me what she did when i went back a week later she was rude as could be to me told me I had lied to her that she couldn't do anything to helo with the horrible pain she had caused by her poor work then just walked away from me and expected me to make another appointment she even cancelled my pain meds right after i left her office after the extractions and refused to even allow me anything except ibuprofen for the severe pain from 3 teeth being pulled in the same exact area and then how she broke my tooth off causing bone to be left inside and exposed causing even more severe pain for over a week .. DON'T GO HERE even as an adult sure dont take kids to her

Had a horrible experience and horrible pain. I screamed and was told to be quiet because I was scaring the other patients. Stopped taking my children here when they knowingly did a procedure that was not allowed, and marked in sharpie on my children's paperwork. I would never recommend this place to anyone!
The staff aside from the hygienist and dentist are very kind and compassionate. I will say that because it's not their fault for the incidents above.

Dr. Armstrong and the entire staff at Armstrong Family Dental are very nice, friendly, and professional. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Clean and sterile facility with a friendly and knowledgeable staff. I have had several procedures done here and after multiple visits I am still 100% satisfied.

Never take your children here, they wont allow you to go back with them. And even tho I could hear my 6 year old boy crying for me I heard what they told him because it is open over the front desk counter they said “were almost done then you can go see her” ?
