I was established as a new patient on today. From the time I entered until the time I left, I felt as if I was the only patient they had! I did not have to wait at all for any service. All the staff was very kind especially my hygienist. He was very caring and professional. Best decision ever in choosing Aspen/Bryant for services. Thank you all!

This was my first dental visit in a few years, the staff was so kind! I booked my appointment online. It was so easy, they took x-rays and the hygienist came in and then the dentist came after. We talked about my treatment plan and went over cost. The financial guy made sure I understood everything and helped me by showing me different options. I even got to walk out with the trick or treat bundle of the water flosser and oral B electric toothbrush thanks to my HSA 🙂

This was my first visit with Aspen and I was very pleased. The staff was very friendly and I had very little wait time to be seen. The dentist and staff were very informative and told me exactly what was needed and gave me an estimate on what I would be out of pocket after filling on my insurance. The lady in finance was very helpful in getting me on a payment plan and setting payments that fit my budget. I highly recommend Aspen to anyone looking for a quality dental experience. I’m one who has a fear of dentist and was very much at ease here.

Recently visited, have had most of the work I've ever had done at this exact building, yet they claimed I was a new patient. Wasn't told hello when I walked in, felt like a ghost for several minutes before the receptionist acknowledged my presence, then sat in a room for over in hour in crazy pain, for them to say they can't do anything, prescribe ibuprofen and hand a referral. A 2 hour visit is uncalled for, staff gives 0 empathy for anyone in pain. Definitely will never pick this garbage can again.

I scheduled an emergency appointment online the night before. Being skeptical from some of the reviews I showed up to my appointment 30 minutes early. Filled out a short medical questionnaire since I was an NEW patient and within 10 minutes they had me called back. Listened to my issue and had me completely taken care of and finished all in an hour and 30 min.
I am VERY pleased with the service I got from beginning to end. Thank you so much!!!

The staff at Aspen Dental are top tier people. I was having a hard time emotionally and dealing with life stressors, and they made it a point to comfort me, and provide me affordable care. I lost a tooth and developed a small hole in the top on my upper denture. I was able to drop it off that morning and pick it up that afternoon. The receptionist and staff were very welcoming and efficient. I’m so grateful that I found Aspen Dental!

Everyone was courteous and very professional, got a very good evaluation of my situation with my teeth and a plan that fits my budget. Will definitely be back and let them work on my teeth. The male hygienist that did my x rays is awesome! Very knowledgeable in his field.
