This is my first encounter with a nationwide dental service, and I was pleasantly surprised. From the friendly greeting at the front desk to the cleanliness of the entire clinic as well as the modern equipment and amazing staff. The office was short staffed today and in spite of how busy they were, everyone remained calm, friendly and extremely professional. I would highly recommend the Casa Grande, AZ office to everyone.

Ladies in the front and back were wonderful as for doctor he could have spent more time with his clients. He didn't go over any of my imaging from x-rays I was supposed to have tartar removed didn't have that done. Also issues with a broken tooth I had made mention of just pulling as I don't want it fixed and also having to have wisdom teeth removed. Spent two hours just to be told that my wisdom teeth need to indeed be removed and a root canal and that for all that my total for procedure will be 3,555.40 and I've already found an office that will do my wisdom teeth and broken tooth removal for $840 with sedation consultation and procedure included.

I truly enjoy the exceptional skill my regular dentist demonstrates and his regular helping staff.
The " stand in substitute " who showed up to do the simple "Detail clean up " left me disappointed ?.
When I got to my truck, I started removing the gray goo from my tooth and gums.
And when I got home I had to peel and remove a "strand of rubbery adhesive "
Approximately
0.040 diameter wrapped around my tooth and gums. Excess goo Or Cement still on my tooth should have been removed before I was discharged to leave.
The details of final cleanup to a patient should be done with considerate patience and immaculate results.
When I leave the dental chair , I anticipate the smooth surface on my teeth that the hygienist already accomplished during the oral cleaning , to be uncontaminated by the other oral procedures .
The last person to work on my teeth should Ask me to lick my teeth to confirm if my teeth are smooth again.
The oral hygienist does a great job !
Sticky and Or gritty , is Not something I should have to feel on my Exspensive dental work .
The last person performing dental work should demonstrate Pride of Workmanship.

When I decided to come here it was for a second opinion which Im glad I came because they explained everything to me way better in detail than the first place did. They also do everything in their office there, no needing a referral here and referral there you set your appointments there that’s it. If you have a appointment set and they for some reason get an opening earlier than that day they will call and ask if you’d like to come in sooner which is really nice they don’t have to do that but they do. All the staff there too are very nice and welcoming they make sure you’re comfortable, etc. Overall very good dentist, would recommend to anyone that needs care.

Appointment was for 9 30, n was seen at 10 45, very long wait. I was given price of work to be done (just the total price). I asked for an itemized bill,n I was told by Alex that they do not give an itemized bill, n that the dentist had explained already what needed to be done. I cannot beleive that ur co. Expects me to pay 13,000 or 33,000 without an itemized bill. I was also told that if I choose the click on it would take 6 month's to heal. Really why Mother in-law had them done n 2 weeks later the permanent teeth where put on. I was not happy w the experience specially not receiving an itemized bill n waiting an hour n a half to be seen n yes I had an appointment. I expect to be seen at the appointment time, to me time is money!!!
