I had an excellent experience at Aspen Dental. From the moment I walked in, the front office staff was welcoming and professional. They were wonderful. I had the best care. I had a bad experience with a different dentist 10 years ago and I have not seen one since until today. The team at Aspen understands when you are scared m 5hey will talk to you and explain everything that is going on. Thank you is not enough for what they are doing to help me.

Would have got a 5 had I not had to wait 40 minutes past my appointment time with no explanation until I was called to the back...this was my first time here...I understand emergencies arise but let customers know why the appointment is late...4 people came in after me and were called back before me.... the staff was all friendly and did a good job especially the tech who took xrays and Dr Chen. I had to go back the next day for a cleaning and they got me back ahead of time by 10 minutes....the hygienist was great and hardly no pain

I would like to express my concern regarding the emergency appointment that was scheduled for my mother. After waiting for two hours, we were informed that the necessary procedures could not be performed that day due to time constraints. It would have been greatly appreciated if we had been informed of this situation at the time of making the appointment, as it would have saved us from the inconvenience of waiting for an extended period. Additionally, I am curious as to why an emergency appointment was scheduled if the required procedures could not be accommodated. The purpose of an emergency appointment is to address urgent medical concerns, and it seems counterintuitive to schedule such an appointment only to be unable to provide the necessary treatment. I kindly request that this matter be looked into to ensure that similar situations do not occur in the future, causing unnecessary inconvenience to patients and their families.

I had an appointment for a consultation yesterday. The ladies made me feel comfortable and explained everything they were doing. The dentist came in and made a treatment plan. He was very sweet and nice. I would say that so far they are an amazing group that really tries to make sure you are comfortable and know what is going on.

The girl at the front desk was amazing. I had my dental insurance information incorrect. She went out of her way to get that situated and did. The x-ray tech was, awesome, swift, and polite. The other two staff after Dr.s (not sure of their titles) were amazing and polite as well. I was told I’d get a follow up call about what would be recommended next. I’ve called to find out more and have been left hanging. I’m not sure how to feel about the place over all.
