I have been to quite a bit of dental offices in my day, but the whole time I was at my appointment I couldn’t help but think to myself that EVERYONE who worked there were the nicest, most kindhearted and courteous staff I have ever been. They make you feel cared for and that they know what they’re doing and you’re in good good hands. I have a very low self esteem, but everyone there made you feel not judged even when you hear them talking hear/there they are very caring and they don’t get on to you either for the conditions you’re teeth are!! I am so glad I was referred there!!! The Gadsden office is amazing thank y’all all very much!!!!! I appreciate you all!!!

The process of my dentures was very easy. Took a little time for some swelling which is normal but from the front receptionist to the whole staff in the back they were very professional. Easy to work with and answered all my questions. Highly recommend them.

Never been fond of dentist offices but due to Sam, Victoria, the lady at the payment counter counter an Dr. Moore my opinion has changed. They were very polite and professional, as long as they are there they’ll have me as a return customer. Dr. Moore is very strait forward an to the point which I enjoyed, Sam assisted with my procedure today an was excellent an any way possible an made sure I was taken care of an Victoria polite easy going an professional eased the tension of being back in a dentist office in years 10/10 recommend aspen of Gadsden

I would like to thank the staff at this location. Sam did my x-rays, she was very knowledgeable,fast,and a great attitude. I would also like to thank Dr. Ronald Moore for doing a great job on my tooth extraction. I was nervous at first but it was pretty much painless. Thanks Aspen Dental.

My overall experience at Aspen dental was terrific. Everybody on the staff was very nice. I had to come back in because I did not follow the instructions, they gave me and I’m not gonna lie. I was very nervous, but Miss Alexis B Came in like a superhero she was awesome. I was so nervous at first, but she really calm me down. Told me everything was going to be OK and she was right. I highly recommend this place❤️

Everyone is so nice. The oral surgeon explained everything where I could understand. The hygienist was very very knowledgeable. They have a saving plan where you pay $49 a yr that covers alot. I'm 41 and never been so impressed by a staff so young.

I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration with my recent visit to Aspen Dental. Initially, I was excited to receive dental care from your office, especially since my husband had a positive experience.

However, during my appointment, I encountered several issues. The dental assistant seemed nervous and tense, which made me feel anxious. She struggled to take accurate x-rays, requiring multiple attempts and assistance from others. Her frustration and fear of not meeting Dr. Moore's expectations were palpable. She stated Dr. Moore would be furious with the images if she didn't take them right the first time and make her do them over again.

When Dr. Moore arrived, he appeared frustrated with deep inhaling and exhaling in frustration with the x-ray images, which further added to my discomfort. The proposed treatment plan and associated costs were overwhelming, with an out-of-pocket expense of $4129 after what my insurance would cover. Despite being approved for $1200, the partials alone were $1500.

I was expecting a more affordable and manageable payment plan, especially since my husband had a successful experience with your office. Unfortunately, my visit was marred by discomfort, anxiety, and sticker shock.

Regrettably, I will not be returning to Aspen Dental. I appreciate your attention to this matter, and I hope that you will take my feedback seriously.
