TERRIBLE!!!!! NEVER answers the phone NEVER call customers back I absolutely would not recommend I’ve had to call for weeks at a time just to try and reschedule my appointment and still haven’t gotten anyone to answer. How do you even run an establishment without calling your patients back or answering the phone. My dental hygienist is the best thing going there Heidi does a great job but the overall company is horrible and I will be finding another dental office.

This was my first experience at Aspen Dental, and it was a great one! Everyone was very nice , efficient and courteous! Jasmine and Heidi took amazing care of me, and were professional and knowledgeable about their work. Thank you to the entire Aspen team! Will definitely be coming back!

Very polite, not judgmental toward my dental health which hasn’t been the best . Multiple ways to pay., very caring with excellent personnel. Will be back and highly recommend.the ladies that work there are the kindest I’ve met, so caring and listen to you.

Out of all the things that's going on in the world today these people have made my day at this dentist office... everybody the front door to the back door to all four corners of the wall these people was very nice kind and loving.. the nurses was great the front desk was great everything to me is two thumbs up. At my age I always had a fear of going to the dentist and I'm near 60 and these people made it real simple... I will always recommend anybody at my age and above to visit these guys. Warm smiles nice company happy faces .. all of that in one place. Thanks you guys y'all the greatest...

I worked with Heidi and Caleb and one other person who did my X-rays and they were all kind. Heidi even went as far as to say that the Dr. Hate was “straight forward”. I think she was trying to prepare me for Dr. Hate. I did not feel comfortable when she walked in the room nor did I feel comfortable when she spoke to me. I did not feel comfortable that the assistant did not introduce themselves and just sat over me. The entire experience was traumatic and I shared my feelings with Caleb at check out that I didn’t prefer Dr. Hate and that I was taking my insurance and hard earned money elsewhere.

This was one of the worst dental appointments I’ve EVER had. I booked my appt days in advance, asked would they be able to service me and relieve my discomfort that day and was assured they would. I get there and it’s a different story. The young lady that did my X-rays and the young lady who took my medical hx in the back were great. I felt like I had to BEG the dentist for some kind of relief for my tooth pain. I felt rushed. My appt was at 10, they close at 12 so they were rushing me out. The dentist put a filler in my tooth and it came out before I left. Couldn’t ask her about it bc she left! Yet they made sure I had to meet with the office manager from another office to collect money. Then she gives me an astronomical amount of money for me to pay. I ask is that with insurance and no one had put my insurance in, even though they called and asked me for it prior to my appointment. This is the second time I’ve had as issue with Aspen dental, but I can assure you they won’t get a 3rd time.

We were from out of town. My husband was having terrible pain. They got us in quickly. They took X-rays and did an exam. Determined he had 2 abcesses. They gave him an antibiotic and some pain meds to get him thru the weekend until we could get back to Arizona. I would highly recommend to any of our friends. Everyone was so friendly and caring.

Really good customer service l! And really helpful! And very concerning team member make sure your comfortable and get everything done you need highly recommend!! Done told bunch of people about them so hopefully they take my advice and come! ❤️? so inlove with my new smile!
