This was my first time at Aspen Dental. I would like to start by saying I do NOT go to chain dental companies. I always find a private dentist. I have had some issues with my teeth in the last several years. I thought my teeth were so bad that I should just get dentures. Mind you I’m only 40. My first visit I met the office manager and she was amazing. I was taken back to have my X-rays and 3D scan by the assistant and she was so friendly. I then met the dental hygienist and she was sweet, gentle, and thorough. After her, I met the dentist, he was very friendly. He asked me what my intentions were for the appointment. I explained I thought my teeth were bad enough for all on 4 dentures. He asked, can I tell you why I don’t think you need all on 4? He explained to me tooth by tooth what he thought I needed and what he would do for me. He said once you remove your permanent teeth they’re gone forever there is no going back. He was so thorough and gave me options on what could be done for me. We made a plan together and he did an amazing job. After my appointment the office manager went above and beyond trying to help me pay for the plan. She rearranged the plan several times to make a plan to fit my budget. I can’t afford all the work at once but we will work step by step to make it more affordable. This was the Lincoln Ca office. This is an hour and a half from my house but I saw their reviews and decided to give it a try. I am glad I did.

If I could have the option to give no stars I would, but only the reason being for the terrible operations manager, Barbara Gonzalez. The doctor and staff are extremely professional and nice, but Barbara does not do her job properly. We waited for a month for an estimate but she never sent it after calling and emailing many times, and when we were sick of it, we canceled the appointment and was charged FOR THE EXAM when we have double insurance coverage. When we called to see why they said we only had one of the insurances on file , after we have literally sent the information for the second insurance coverage many times and only getting a “got it” from Barbara , but it was still not there to this day. If you don’t want an overly complicated experience and don’t want the headache, do not go here. The dentist and dental assistants however were all very nice people.

It was a great experience. Everyone was welcoming and I felt that my dental needs were very important. Dr. Mittal took the time not only to tell me what I needed, but explained why and the importance. The office is very professional and organized on how they do things. I really enjoyed my visit. I would definitely recommend them as your dentist office.

Dr Mittal is amazing! Not only was his dental work on me exceptional his communication skills are impeccable. He and his staff made me feel so comfortable. I felt like the most important patient in the world. I so appreciated how every step was explained as he worked on me. The temp crown was so perfect it felt like a permanent. Thank you Aspen Dental for having such a great dentist and support staff in Lincoln CA.

First time going to the dentist in a few years, the staff was friendly, the doctor was very knowledgeable and explained my situation better than any dentist I had in the past from other dental offices. The technology the office uses is up to date and makes the experience great! I would recommend!
