The staff were extremely friendly and courteous, the atmosphere is comforting; you are greeted the moment you walk through the door with smiling faces. They took the time to listen to my questions and were more than happy to sit and talk in great detail of all the pros and cons of various procedures! Definitely recommend 10/10 Such a caring and professional team!

Went in for a check up , got a deep cleaning and 2 teeth pulled . Jennifer was amazing ! She helped with the financial side. Made the process much easier for me. Great team and doctors. Everyone was very helpful and nice ? definitely recommend going to them to do your dental work .

I only give a 3 because this head doctor that does a thorough check on your teeth was weird. Hes and older man and when he walked in he grabbed my arm and started rubbing it. Then he continues and grabs my shoulder close to my chest. He would get super close to my face too which made me uncomfortable. There were other people in the room too. I couldn't say anything because of how weird it got. The overall appointment was really well. The gentleman that did my X-rays and walked me to the room was very nice. As well as the ladies at the front desk. The appointment was quick, they got right to the point, I paid my part and left.

They were amazing! Jennifer with financing was super sweet and she helped me figure out my dental plan with coverage! I felt very comfortable and listened to. I definitely recommend this place ☺️

I did not like this clinic. It seems to me they're more interested in getting paid than caring about the person. Not to mention the time that was wasted just to hear that I needed a whole new mouth basically. No kidding, like we can all afford dental care right now. I will not be going back to this bogus dental clinic. Just my opinion.

I had the initial consultation and was told that it would cost $4400.00 to do upper and lower dentures. I am on Social Security and told them I can only afford uppers. No problem. I had the impression done. Bite done and finally had the remaining teeth left on top pulled. Then to my surprise they placed my upper denture in. I could not close my mouth because the upper denture would not overbite my bottom teeth. They hit on top of each other. There were two doctors there that day and both said it was not Aspen's fault because I did not get the lower dentures done. No one told me before I gave them 1600 dollars that I was wasting my money because they couldn't make it work. And believe me you are demanded to pay BEFORE you get to try on the dentures. I will go to another dentist to try to get this straightened out.

Everyone was very nice. Took their time and thoroughly explained everything that I needed. Chris took his time with my Xrays, Lori explained everything that I needed, and Latisha helped me get the finances that I would need to complete the work that needs done. Look forward to going back.

Very nice people. Latisha Steele worked with me to get me started for the work I need to get done on my teeth. Very friendly always smiling and it made me feel comfortable. Glad I chose Aspen Dental! Everyone is very nice.
