I was in sever pain I booked an appointment with them and they were able to extract and prescribe antibiotics same day at a very fair price! 10/10 would recommend! I am no longer in pain and extraction site/bone graft is healing up nicely. Huge thanks to the entire staff everyone was friendly and treatment was quick!

Office lobby:
Ample space, clean looking, nice decor, comfortable seating.
People at check-in: Pleasant, efficient, thorough, shared a smile.
X-Ray tech: Pleasant, quick, & conscientious.
Exam room: relatively quiet,
Exam process: Thorough. The technology is above and beyond anything I have seen before,
The doctor: Pleasant demeanor, spoke clearly and was thorough in explanations.

After reviewing this facility online, before setting up an appointment, I read only a few negative reviews (some people will gripe and be negative about almost anything. Boo on them). I decided to do my own exploration, independently, and draw my own conclusions.
I would recommend Aspen dental, Prescott Valley, with complete confidence. I feel I am in very good hands there. Their desire to bring in state-of-the-art technology should benefit everyone who receives service there.

I've had dentures since I was 40 years old I'm now 66 and this is my third lower and 5th upper denture. The team at Aspen Dental Prescott were all very professional and personable. Good people, and the techs that made the dentures did an incredible job. Very comfortable with very little adjustments. I can't say enough to express my gratitude to the technician that made the dentures and the assistant and dentist that took the casting.
Thanks to all of you for your expertise and superior customer service from a very satisfied customer. I would strongly recommend Aspen Dental to anyone I know.

I was in so much pain when I arrived at Aspen Dental. I actually had an appointment for 2 weeks out, and I ended up walking in there with a tooth that I found out absolutely cracked in half all the way down and actually was just killing the nerve, and the pain went all the way through the front and back of my jaw up into my eyes. Socket, it started to absolve and swell, and it was excruciating. All the assistants and the dentist herself were amazing. Soft-spoken, kind,, and very loving. She numbed me and ended up taking out the tooth which I didn't even feel her taking out. That is pretty awesome for being an absolute misery and pain. I appreciate the excellent service and getting me in when I was walking. Their spirit is above all else and how they care for people. I would recommend anyone and everyone to go to Aspen Dental.

Great work, truly care about their patients, very steady hands with injection and very knowledgable. I just had a tooth removed with 0 issues and a much better experience than I've had in the past. I also take my daughter (11) here and they are great with her also. 10/10

I was on vacation and broke a tooth on my denture. I called Aspen Dental and they were very nice. I was able to get an appointment the same day, and the staff was amazing. I was worried about the repair not matching , but the lab technician did an amazing job matching the color! I can't believe it! Thank you to all the wonderful staff for helping me have a great vacation!

I made an appointment to discuss clear aligners. I was impressed with the efficiency and the cleanliness of the office. Everyone that I came in contact with seemed very knowledgeable and they spent an hour and a half taking x-rays and examining my teeth for the clear aligners. The only reason I did not give them five stars is that I felt pressure to make aspen dental my dentist. I am quite happy with my current dentist, and I only went to Aspen dental for the aligners which I do intend to have done by them. I might consider them as my general dentist in the future, but that remains to be seen

Very nice ladies all around. Took care of me and understood that I am mortified of the dentist. (I haven’t actually been since I was in high school.) However, I know all dentists are expensive. The only downfall I found is how much it will cost to get my teeth pulled. That set aside, the finance department woman was so kind. I loved her style as it was much like mine.
