I was able to get a new patient appointment quickly and felt the initial exam was comprehensive. But they do charge extra for an optional special eval for oral cancer. That didn't make sense to me as I feel it should be part of a comprehensive oral exam. Prices are reasonable so I will proceed with the treatment plan but they do require up front payment.

I’m really scared of the dentist because of past negative experiences. I took a leap of faith and decided to book an appointment here and I’m honestly satisfied. I didn’t leave the office with any type of negative experiences. Staff is very nice. Doctor explained treatment that I needed very well. Office is clean technology is updated. I’m confident to come to the dentist now knowing they actually care about patients dental hygiene.

NEVER GO HERE. I would give no stars but it won’t let me.
They do your initial exam then hit you with an astronomical invoice for services they say you need with no explanation and want you to pay upfront. Included in these necessary services was a toothbrush for probably twice as much as you can purchase outside the office.

I needed an emergency tooth extraction so against my better judgment I paid and two days later was pretty much tortured by the dentist. He did not numb me enough and I could feel EVERY BIT of him scraping tissue from my jaw bone. It was horrific. The dental hygienist even told me he didn’t do what he should have done.

When I left the office I was told I had a $69 credit. Now I’m being told I have a balance due of $448.60. I’ve called the main billing number and have been told that it will take up to 90 days for the billing to be corrected and to disregard the bills.

I will never go to an Aspen Dental office again and advise everyone to STAY CLEAR.

If you do decide to go here make sure to triple check what they are charging you for. Very creative billing.

Best experience I've ever had. Everyone in this office was amazing. Explain everything they are going or even why they are doing it. Nothing is a guess, you know exactly, charges or whatever.

Bad customer service experience. When I first went there, people were all nice and sweet, like you don’t have to pay money for X-rays and exams, just pay for cleaning. After a year, they sent me a letter and charged me money for exams. For my second visit with my husband, I was sitting on the couch, and this unprofessional, mean lady was like do you understand English in a really mean and bad way, later on, she started talking in English like I didn’t understand the language. I was sitting there and listening to the mean conversation. She was badmouthing people and patients and, yeah, of course, talking about me. She was like that lady sitting on the couch who doesn’t even understand what we are saying. We need to speak in English so she cannot understand what we are talking about, like really this type of behavior After a year, they charged my husband more than 1000 dollars, but he did pay all the money.

I had to have major dental surgery, all my teeth pulled out. I was so scared. The doctor is amazing. They are all so caring and understanding. They definitely care about you, and your health. Kenya is amazing, she is the best , every time I go there she has the biggest smile on her face, always ask how you are. I’m telling you if you need to get your teeth done. I recommend Aspen dental. I cannot wait to get my second dentures, which are going to be amazing. They’re the ones with the screws in them . I’m so excited. Don’t be afraid do your teeth., Aspen dental amazing.
