Aspen Dental

Today was my first visit at Aspen Dental. My experience was AWESOME! As soon as I walked in the door I was greeted with a smile. Everyone provided 100% customer service. Unique was super nice and was awesome with educating me regarding the type dental cleaning I needed. GREAT CLEANING! Thank you soo much Tam for a great consultation. I'm soo sorry I forgot the young Ladies name who did my X-rays, she was AWESOME too! Last but not least Dr. Thomas was super nice and very personable and made me feel very comfortable. As I mentioned EVERYONE was AWESOME!

Amazing and efficient customer service! They really make you feel like a person there and not just another patient. Special shoutout to Morgan at reception, Tam in Service, and Cassie as a Dental Assistant who did my new patient exam! Already scheduled my cleaning and filling appointment and they make it super easy and thorough!

So I went to Aspen Dental for the first time and the radiologist thoroughly examined my teeth. After this the doctor came in and me gave me an overview on my teeth. Along with Dr. Thompson, the staff was very professional. I forgot a few names, but can remember (Tam and Unique) who explained a few things to me. I don’t want to leave the rest out, but just can’t remember their names. Continue to be a great professional team because client will continue to come. My experience was great and I pray the next clients experience the same treatment with Aspen Dental.

My visit at Aspen this week was amazing. I've never been the best at the Dentist. Ke Ke was kind, comforting, lovable even gave me a hug when I was emotional. She made my entire experience more relaxed. I definitely want to Thank her again and encourage her to continue rocking/being a light at Aspen Dental! The Dr. made me feel relaxed and was very informative and personable.

I was scheduled to have a wisdom tooth removed. On the day of my appointment, I arrived early and had my teeth cleaned. I was also scheduled for an extraction but was told that my appointment was canceled the day before because when the office called to confirm, they were told I had been in an accident. When asked why they would clean my teeth if that were the case, I was told that they did it as a walk in bc there was space for cleaning but not extraction. No one from this office called me to confirm anything and absolutely would not do anything to help me. I drove from Dothan to Troy for this appointment and now left to be in pain for at least another week, bc according to them, I can’t be rescheduled until next Monday. I am so disappointed in this office and their unprofessionalism.

Ms Ketrin was my caretaker for that day. Ketrin simply was the best, she was attentive, informative, caring and loving. All in one, I was very happy with the service that was rendered to me Oct 1 2024. Ketrin was with knowledgeable, and implemented ease, all through the procedure! Her calmness and easy process, helped me relax, thank you for having someone that cares so much about their patients than ever. I look forward to my next visit ?! Keke was very kind! [Edit:] After getting a second opinion, I find they were wrong about my issues. I came for an emergency because I grinded my molar in half, and they basically did everything... but fix the problem! They attempted to get over $10,000 out of me for something I paid my current dentist maximum $1,200 for. While the staff is kind, I do not recommend coming here.
