This review is for the office on Irvington Rd. From the first time we stepped into that office until the necessary treatment was completed, all members of staff were wonderful to deal with. It was such a refreshing experience after our previous encounter with a different Aspen office. The Irvington Rd office can be highly recommended.

Aspen Dental was absolutely amazing. I am beyond grateful for their service. They were kind and never once made me feel bad for the amount of work I needed. I am a mom who puts herself 2nd and it shows but not once did I feel insecure, put down or just in general feel bad. They were just so considerate and understanding. Absolutely would 100% recommend. I came in with an abscess tooth. My face was swollen and in pain.
Everytime I would breath I had tears.
I have no insurance and needed to be seen ASAP. Aspen Dental had my appointment the very next day early morning. I was greeted, seated, and taken care of from compassionate friendly staff. They stayed hours past closing caring for my tooth and draining that abscess. They made it a no brainier choosing Aspen over all the rest. Four because I do not like going to the dentist.
Kind reception, x-Ray tech and accounting staff and clean premises. Not my regular dental clinic. Just went in as have a broken tooth. No surprises on the pricing. Will return if I decide to have procedure done here instead of home. Dentist gentle and up front about required work.

I can't say enough good things about this dental office. The
staff are very personable, friendly, make you feel very important, and they all smile. My visit with Dr. Ung was more than I hoped for and very thorough in explaining the best plan for my teeth. This was the best dental appointment I have ever had and I am 69 years old. This office will be my dentist for the future. Thank you all.

Went in to have long neglected issues evaluated with my teeth. Every staff member I interacted with were knowledgeable, pleasant, and answered all of my concerns. They gave me an array of options and repeatedly asked if I understood and if I had any questions. They understood my financial concerns and helped me work out a path forward.
