Dentist are very unprofessional and rough but the dental hygienist are friendly and caring. I wasn’t provided with goggles while they used water and the Asian doctor said “what a nightmare” when working on my root canal.

I recently had an extremely disappointing experience at this office that left me frustrated and bewildered. The appointment started off routinely, but things quickly took a turn for the worse.

Midway through my treatment, the dentist abruptly stopped and announced that he couldn’t continue. There was no clear explanation given, leaving me in a state of confusion and discomfort. He simply walked away without providing any reason or guidance on what to do next. The lack of communication and professionalism was shocking. To make matters worse, my visit with the dentist took less than 10 minutes, yet I was stuck waiting in the lobby for an hour to receive my refund.

The clinic charged $100 for "medication" that was not clearly specified, even though my insurance covers my medication. I noticed that every patient walking in was charged this same $100 fee, which felt highly questionable.

However, the dental hygienist, Laura, was a bright spot in an otherwise terrible visit. She was very friendly and informative, taking the time to answer my questions and provide some reassurance despite the dentist’s abrupt departure. Without her help, I would have been completely lost.

I also commend Claudia at the front desk for her professionalism. While it had nothing to do with my particular experience, she is a great addition to the team, handling her duties with efficiency and a welcoming attitude.

Despite the efforts of Laura and Claudia, I left the clinic with my treatment unfinished, a numb face, and no idea what to expect moving forward. I was hesitant to leave a review, but I see that others have had similar experiences to mine. This experience has made me hesitant to trust dental professionals in the future, and I would not recommend this dentist to anyone seeking reliable and compassionate care.

A dentist assistant the vietamese old lady who taking X Ray machine, don't know what to doing and she keeps do repeating the teeth very hard and rough to my face like 12 times since their machine doesn't know correct picture. And very inquisitive about personality questions. And when things are fall down, she don't change gloves.

This dentist clinic is very unprofessional horrible and lies they did very bad job in my teeth
And take the patient insurance Plus they make you pay for unnecessary things that your insurance won't cover to abuse the patient and the insurance and the system
Don't go to this dental office you will not be happy with their work or their practices

I was referred to a specialist to have my implants done because I was told it would be a difficult case but instead I went to Dr. Richard Kim to have them done and I could not recommend a better dentist. In one day I was able to get my implants done and the next day I had zero symptoms. He explained everything very clearly, used the newest technology, and also had amazing hand skills. I had zero pain and swelling the day after since he made sure to prescribe any medications I would need for the healing process. I highly recommend Dr. Richard Kim for any dental work you may need.

This is not directed to the doctors. Administration staff is horrible. There is no organization they don't know what they're doing . Call in to confirm you're appointment they don't have your appointment. they tell you to confirm before 12:00 p.m. you confirm but still give your appointment away. Then you call at 7:00 in the morning leave a voicemail and they don't get your voice message but you have proof that you send it but they don't have anything. Get it together guys that's not how a dental office should be run Major red flag because if you guys can't get simple tasks together imagine giving them your personal information, god knows where it will end up.

I happen to come across this dentist office because my bf came here and said he had a good experience. So, he gave me their number and I called to make an appointment. The appointment process was easy, I spoke to the receptionist by the name of Luis. He was so nice and mild mannered. Something about his voice was comforting and welcoming. I say that because I’m sure a lot people could agree with me, the dentist is not everyone’s favorite place to be. I came in for my appointment and was greeted by Luis, still got the same welcoming presence. I was taken to the back to get X-rays and had a discussion with Dr Kim. He told me what concerns and what areas needed attention. He also advised me on what he thought was the best fit for me. I always felt uncomfortable about my oral situation but I knew the longer I waited, the issue could get worse. So, I went along with the plans he had set for me. He made sure to get everything done and fixed in a reasonable amount of time. He also addressed all my questions and concerns. Dr. Kim is very honest and realistic on the decisions he makes so I appreciated him for that. He’s a good doctor and I wish more doctors were more like him. My experience as an adult visiting the dentist was superb. They always took me in on time when I got there, I never had to wait around. It felt like the employees were one big happy family there, they all worked so well as a group. Like you never felt like someone was off their game. Claudia was also amazing when she came to consult with me, very thorough and I also felt comfortable talking to her. I would definitely recommend this office to my friends and family. I’ve been to other dentist office and it’s either they’re behind on schedule or the front desk wasn’t nice and if they were, they were fake with you. I never felt that way at Atlas. Thanks Atlas for making my appointments comfortable and easy to be at.
