Pitiful customer service. They did away with delivering my supplies themselves to save a nickle. So today my delivery was left on my steps blocking me from even being able to get out to them. There was no knock or nothing. Cardboard boxes were unprotected from rain. It was off and on all day. I expressed my concerns about this several times before today. They said they weren't willing to spend extra to have delivery require a signature be it cost more.
Common since tells me that they're saving on employees and vehicles but can't invest savings into quality service.
