I can not even begin to thank you enough for the care of my daughter.
As a mothers who’s children are their world, you ensured she was talking back in great hands! The thorough examination findings, the dental plan, after care, everything couldn’t have been more communicated. The anesthesiologist really calmed my fears of my daughter going under. I felt as if she was treated like their own and that meant the entire world to me!
The dentist who completed the treatment down to the entire staff truly from the bottom of my heart thank you for treating my princess with the upmost care!!

The doctors were great! I was nervous for my 2 year old, but they explained all the procedures as well as what to expect! They made her feel very comfortable! I am so glad I came here. I would highly recommend this place!!

My daughter had to get some work done on her teeth here and all the staff was extremely welcoming. The nurse that brought her back and took her weight/ height and vitals was so sweet with her, and went over every detail with me and what to expect, the anesthesia doctor came and met us and reassured her everything was going to be fine with no shots or pain, which was very nice for my toddler to hear. I also got to meet Dr. Logan before as well and she was very sweet and informative. I was able to walk my daughter up to the room and give her a hug and kiss before they took her to get the anesthesia and the previous nurse was very nice with my daughter taking her in. The nurses who helped my daughter and I after she woke up from the surgery were super caring and reassuring. I was relieved to have a better experience than we did at a different/previous dental office, happy we decided to stick with Atwater Children’s Dental Surgery!

We had to wait three hours before my daughter was sedated without me the father being there with her. We were told she was going to get X-rays done and suddenly the old lady return stating my daughter was already asleep. I think it would’ve been proper to be informed that way I could prepare my child as to what was about to happen. Forgot to read reviews before making the appointment. A bit disappointed.

Waited 3 months for an appointment for my daughter. They were very rude on the phone. She was scheduled here before and when I showed up to her appointment there was no one at the desk we waited for 20 minutes and no one showed up but if we would have showed up a few minutes late they wouldn’t have wanted to see her.

If I could give zero, I would! This place is the worst to send your child for dental care. When first walk in, it looks like an unsanitary psychiatric hospital. You go into the lobby room, first it stinks, and it isn’t kid friendly at all. The staff is clueless and doesn’t know how be organized with updating info so that the is a smooth appointment. There is a room where they attempted to put things for the kids and all the parents were afraid to allow their kids to play because it looks like they haven’t cleaned since they first opened. Oh and be careful because they no problem wasting your time and gas to have you reschedule for their own failures. Atwater sucks!

Was worried after reading these reviews, almost canceled the appt., but my granddaughter was in pain and we’d waited 2 months for the appointment. I wish they could figure out a better scheduling system, as we were there for about 5 hours before she was taken back. But even given that, I’d do it again! The office lady (wish I’d gotten her name!) was so sweet and did all she could for the kids waiting. From printing coloring pictures to showing them how to play the video game they provide. And best of all, my little granddaughter was in little to no pain by the next morning!

I wish I would have read the reviews before scheduling here. So far, we have waited 2 hours. Kiddos were playing in the toy room when a medical assistant told us we had to evacuate as she and two others began disinfecting everything. When I enquired as to why, I was told a child was ill. I then inquired as to with what? I was told that could not be disclosed after the kids touched everything in the room. Wish I could cancel but we have waited two months for an appointment. The first appointment the scheduler sent confirmation via e-mail but forgot to schedule the appointment. Go somewhere else. I believe Madera has a dental surgical center for children.
