Wow! I don't think I've ever met such a friendly and professional group of people. I was a little nervous about going to a new dentist, but everyone made me feel like I'd been coming there for years. They were professional, thorough and let me know everything they were doing. If you're looking for a dental group, this one is the one you need to check out.

This was my first visit. I had been with my previous dentist office around 20 years. I was very reluctant to change (even though I was driving an hour to my old, safe office). I’m glad I decided to change. My first visit was a pleasant one. (I was scared) Extremely patient and polite hygienist. Dr. Aultman was very nice and personable. So far I’m glad I changed 🤞🙏😊

I’d been going to Dr. DeShazer over 20 years. When I heard he was retiring I was concerned. But Aultman Dental has not disappointed. They’ve carried on his legacy. They get you in and out quickly! The staff is kind and knowledgeable. Jamie is the best!

We actually had an amazing experience, even booking my appointment for my problem tooth that needed a filling, everyone was so nice! I’m sad to even post this review, as it was everything to do with the scheduling dept for my regular cleaning. Anyone can ask, I always check my voicemails and only delete at the end of the year because of how few voicemails I actually get. The lady I just ended the call with was arguing with me that she in fact did leave a voicemail, and multiple voicemails, and that it was weeks ago when she called and she already “threw it away” or else she’d be able to tell me when she called— heck if I know, I didn’t even make it a problem that I hadn’t received a call. All I said, “I’d love to get on the schedule for my regular cleaning, after my extraction, they mentioned someone would call, but I just haven’t heard anything yet and wanted to schedule a cleaning,” and then she went on and on about her leaving me multiple messages. A simple “oh I understand, I thought I had left a few messages, but I’d gladly get you in for your cleaning!” Would’ve been more than sufficient. But no, she wanted to argue that she left voicemails, multiple, and basically blamed it on me for not getting on the schedule, when I just checked my voicemails again, and the only one I have from this office is from the lady calling me back for my filling. I mean, the service this time around is just rude. If you all get someone else who is experienced in customer service to help give her some tips, I’d gladly come back. I didn’t even entertain her rant. I simply told her after she kept going on and on about leaving voicemails to just cancel the cleaning and hung up, I’d rather drive to Birmingham or back to Georgia than deal with a rude person.

I got there five minutes early for my appointment and yet they called me back before I had even checked in. This is just indicative of the fact that they are very efficient and very professional and very nice there. We moved to Pell City about five years ago and I was very Cautious to move my dentist from someone I had used 20 years but now that I have made the change permanently, I am extremely happy and it’s much closer to home. As far as I’m concerned, this is the best dentist practice in Pell city and surrounding area.
