Dr. Scallion is the best!! She has spent valuable time with me trying to figure out what was causing my pain. She took the time to get to the bottom of it. And most recently, she replaced a temporary crown herself and took extra care to make sure the fit was perfect! Her staff, including Tracy my hygienist, front desk ladies and assistants have always been 100% professional and helpful! I have always had good experiences at Austin Family Dental clinic!!

Absolutely loved Bethany. She explained so much to me. And Dr. Scallion has always been the sweetest. I first saw her as a teen at Landmark Dental and that was years ago. She is still a sweetheart and gives it to you straight. I definitely recommend

The staff is wonderful. Dr Scallion has been my dentist for 13 years; she's the best , I followed her from her practice in Landmark, AR to Austin Family Dentistry because of her knowledge and experience. Im very happy that I picked Austin Family dentistry the young lady at the front desk welcomed me was very friendly and knowledgeable. Then my dental hygienist Whitney, was very nice and did an amazing job cleaning my teeth. I am 59 years old and have gone to many dentist appointments and have never had my teeth feel and look that clean. She explained everything she did and she made sure she didn't hurt me when doing x/ray. And off course the Dr. was very nice and knowledgeable on what needs to be done on my teeth and very sincere and honest.

If seeing a Dentist can be a pleasurable experience the doctor and all the staff at Austin Family Dentistry certainly make every effort to see that your visit feel that way. Friendly staff, a pleasant environment and the very best of care are what you can expect each an every visit. I recommend them as one of the very best I’ve experienced in Little Rock. This dental practice sent me a bill in the amount of $300 for a routine cleaning/exam. Turns out they had scheduled us a week too early for our 6 month maintenance, despite me specifically asking and them confirming on the front end that this appointment would be covered. The office manager would not provide a list of detailed services billed for when I asked. After I clarified the issue with my insurance, the office manager was immediately defensive, kept saying it was because we were "out of network" (which is irrelevant), offered no accountability for the practice's error, and furthermore told me that they would be sending our bill to collections. I had not planned to leave a review, but feel I owe it to the central AR community given this clinic's discourteous, short-sighted management. Our entire (extended) family will now be going elsewhere and advising contacts to do the same.
