After having a subpar dental experience, I was doubtful that there was still a descent dental office. I was wrong. Austin Oral Surgery in San Marcos went well above my expectations. The staff listened to my issue and actually cared. The doctor was knowledgeable about the work that I needed to get done and he gave me clear communication of what they would be doing. The availability of appointments was impressive and they went the extra mile in terms of detailed post operative surgery instructions as well as cost. They followed up with my care as well as an insurance issue regarding a claim delay. I could go on with positive notes, but the bottom line is that if you are looking for someone to do oral surgery with integrity and professionalism, this is the place.

Last Monday morning, I had an impacted wisdom tooth removed by Austin Oral Surgery. Suffice it to say that I have had multiple dental experiences with dentist in my teen years and the ones with oral surgeons were never great then. However, after being quite concerned about having this procedure done at all, I was pleasantly surprised. During the whole experience, I felt like I was the only patient in the building- though I was not. I was treated with professionalism and care. I received a call later in the day from the office as they checked in on me to make sure that I did not have any complications before the office closed for the day. I would definitely recommend Austin Oral Surgery if you need that done. I think I may be over my fear of dental work now that I saw a group with great integrity and care for their patients.

This group is absolutely wonderful and extremely professional. We went in there thinking we would have more extensive oral surgery type of work to be done and they were very honest and said it wasn’t as bad as we thought it was but definitely wanted to keep in touch If we ever needed anything in the future.
