I had a great experience with my dental cleaning today. She started by asking about any concerns I had and really took the time to listen. Her suggestions were very helpful, and I appreciated her attentiveness. The cleaning itself was thorough yet comfortable, and I felt well taken care of throughout the appointment. Extra careful from this dental. If I have less than 1 star, I will give them. honesty is not near to them., they just want your money.

I have two insurance. One from my work and another one from my wife works. My insurance not under their network but the insurance I have from my wife covers under there network. I make my appointment and explained that time. So I took day off from work. I went there, they told me $128 visits fee. I asked I have two insurance one under network and another one out of network. She told me yes but we have charge you $128, like you don’t have insurance so you can talk with your insurance not us. I told her just forget my insurance out of the network, use my network insurance. So she told me my dr. Wont allowed me. Any time you are going to do any treatment from us you have deal with insurance.
I didn’t get why they are not using my network insurance why they use outside of the network. Her answer was we have use your insurance not covered by network. I told thanks I found out before I spent money. $128 is nothing but honesty is the matter. I know there purpose of them they want money 100% in advance and not deals with insurance.
I don’t recommend this denial clinic.

We recently had an emergency visit at Autumn Lake Dental and were very impressed. Although we don't remember the hygienist's name, my daughter mentioned she had a gentle hand, which made all the difference. I’ve come to this dentist on multiple occasions and I’ve always left satisfied. The customer service is amazing and they’re very informative with their services. I got my wisdom teeth extracted here and I would definitely recommend them to anyone else looking to get that done.

My first time here I felt weird and uncomfortable. The lighting was too dimmed where it felt like I was taking back to a dungeon. It's a very old building and they renovated it but I can see that some fix ups still need to be upgraded. The rooms are even worse. They put on a TV where it's HGTV all day and all year and you cant change it. That channel is so boring no one is Interested in houses. The light was still dimmed, they were spiders and webs on the corner ceiling. when they clean my teeth they don't have Vaseline to put on around your mouth because the lips can get dry a lot when they work on your teeth. They never offer mouth wash at the of cleaning my teeth either. And at the end of the visit they never give you a free toothbrush, floss, toothpaste, nor chapstick like most dentist clinics do. They charge fluoride 34 dollars and is expensive. Other clinics are less than $25. I paid 19 from my last dentist. This place do want your money. I don't feel pampered in any way when I come here. The dentist made of fun of me too when I asked a serious question and laughed at me which was unprofessional. I dont like this place I never did. I joined because I saw so many (fake) 5 star reviews thinking it was an awesome place to be. It is not to me. The staff are friendly and they do their job as there supposed to. They do clean your teeth - job well done. But the ambiance and client care compare to other dental clinics that I experienced, I am not satisfied. I already left.

I appreciate my Dentist especially because she is thorough, gentle, personable, & honest. She does not find cavities & recommended dental work that is not necessary. We have had dentists who do this in the past, and we don’t stay with them. Since Jeff retired he is self paying for the dental insurance at Autumn Lake Dental because we can keep our dentist. This is due to the fact we think so highly of her as our Dentist. Sincerely, Linda

Nice clean office! Kitty the hygenist was professionally gental when cleaning my teeth. Professional staff and comfortable dental chairs with big screens to show examinations of your teeth ! I just wish dental care in general wasnt so expensive.
