Hygienist was very polite, cheerful, and quite careful. Some can be brutal, but I didn’t have that experience. The other office staff I’ve met so far were also very pleasant. The office vibe is very positive. My questions after the appointment were answered openly, and I felt I was in good hands. I’d recommend them to anyone.

The team at AZ were wonderful to work with. Very kind & profession! I’m just half way thru the process; but I feel 100% confident Dr. Standring can restore my smile to something more attractive & pleasing to see. Thank you so much! The world needs more Dentists like him!

I'm a new patient with AZ Family Dental and I have been highly impressed so far. Staff is extremely friendly and accommodating while providing great service. From my experiences so far, they have been genuine and honest about my teeth and give me direction how to better my cleaning habits!

So so thankful for this office!!! Saw them for a first ever dental emergency. They were able to get me in right away Monday AM. The Cave Creek office manager is so pleasant and on top things. Dr. Mehretab and his staff could not have been more reassuring and informative (for the new to emergency root canal). They explained everything in detail and numbed me ASAP to stop the pain. It was virtually painless and I have a shiny new pain-free crowned molar. Thank you AZFD!!

So, I came from a background of poor dentists that made me never want to see a dentist again. My husband told me about Dr. Standring and so I gave him a try. I was so pleased to not be in any pain. His whole office staff makes you feel comfortable. Starting with the front desk, the dental assistant, then of course Dr. Standring himself. I would recommend them to everyone. The whole group made me feel totally comfortable.

This office has "general dentists" of limited experience! They don't know how to submit an ins claim accurately (three months of mistakes). One dentist never finished my dental work as he stated: "I was too busy!" That's when I left. I received an extremely ill-fitting denture. They REFUSED to send back to factory for alignment and tried to give me free samples of denture paste to satisfy the problem. I will not give any recommendation to this "outfit". They are unprofessional and not trustworthy. These are "amateur" dentists at best. If you don't want to suffer sub-standard quality dentistry, stay far away from Az. Family Dental!!! I wouldn't want any patient to go through what I went through. Comlaints have been filed with the az. dental board after finding 34 errors in insurance submissions to my insurance company. Another complaint was forwarded to the Az Dept of Insurance. They were notified of my complaints but as usual do not respond. Terrible company!! You've been warned.
