My kiddo is neurodivergent and every single employee at Backus has been amazing working with him. The process was straightforward and easy. We haven’t waited a single minute after our appointment time to be seen and making appointments is painless. Highly recommended!

The staff are always kind and helpful. After 3 children having their orthodontic care with Backus Smiles, I would still recommend this practice. They are also very accommodating with school schedules and those who live outside of Birmingham.

Dr Backus takes time with me and answers all my questions. I never feel like she is rushing thru my visit to get to her next patient. I’m excited to do this journey with her office.
