I wish I can give them no stars because I literally scheduled my 3 kids 3months ago for being a new patients. Now, they called back and said that the Doctor will be out of the office and they cannot take all of my kids at the same time anymore when I specifically told them that if it was okay to schedule them all 3, 3months ago. Bad communication and bad service when we haven’t even seen them yet. It was such a waste of time because I scheduled them all 3months ago and not even a month before their appointment they said that if I need to schedule them all together I have to wait another 3-4months because they’re all booked. I feel like they’re not wanting to see us as patients because when I first called them they literally hurried it up and told me that they don’t take state insurance and literally told me to have a great day and hung up! But I decided to add my kids to my insurance for that purpose and now they want to push our appointment out even more?! I feel like it’s a racial issue for sure! You don’t want to see us then I’m fine leaving this message to everyone to see how you guys treat us!

Scammers. Forcing you to pay for constant rescheduling. You have to get your teeth cleaned and x-rayed before procedures, but there both separate so you have to get another appointment. However, if you dont do your procedure after a period of time you have to get your teeth cleaned and x-rayed agen, and you get rescheduled (and ternd away at the last minute) so often that it never happens and you get squeezed of your money (a process that can and has lasted us years).
