My family and I have been using Dr Ban for the past 14 years. His knowledge, expertise and diagnosis are exceptional. On numerous occasions he has gone out of his way to save a tooth or save a crown while it would have been easier and ten times more profitable for him to replace the crown. Last summer, on a Sunday, I bit into a pizza crust and broke my front tooth all the way to the gum line! Panicked I left a message at his office. Within half an hour Dr Ban himself texted me that he is on vacation in Europe. He gave me the information to an oral surgeon to call on Monday. On Monday when I called, Dr Ban had already spoken with the specialist and explained the urgency of my situation and his recommendation of treatment, they were waiting to care for my broken tooth that day! Dr Ban goes above and beyond to care for his patients. I would recommend him to anyone who is searching for an honest and exceptionally knowledgeable dentist.

This was my very first visit today. My regular dentist retired so I figured I would try someone new. I couldn't be more pleased with the service I received. The staff was excellent. They were very friendly and courteous. They made me feel right at home and Dr. Ban was very professional and efficient. He has a friendly personality, and took the time to explain the procedures. I will definitely be coming back.

I was referred by an existing patient. That patient verified Dr Ban took my insurance. I called to make an appointment and re-verified that they took my insurance. I showed up for my appointment, I gave them my insurance. No one says a word. When I go to check out I learn that they don't actually take my insurance. So now, my annual teeth cleaning that would have been 100% covered by my insurance plan and cost me $0, cost me almost $500.

Was Dr. Ban a good dentist? Yes. Probably the best I've ever been to. But, whoever was at the front desk lied to get my money. Despicable.

Call your insurance company and verify that Dr Ban is in network. If he is, great - I highly recommend him. But if not, you'll have an incredibly expensive basic visit.

These guys are a rip off! Way over priced for the level of service. I have one of the best insurance policies you can have. Told them I needed the work to be covered by the policy (plus co-pay). Way after all the work was done, they sent me a HUGE bill. Their rates are about DOUBLE what any sane insurance policy would pay for a procedure. But at no time did they inform me that I would have to pay anything in excess of what my insurance deemed a reasonable rate. After all this, I wrote them a letter expressing my disappointment, while still agreeing to pay it. Then they sent me ANOTHER bill. What a nightmare! Eventually they sent my bill to collections and made a nasty mark on my credit. BEWARE!

Expert, highly skilled, and a very gracious fellow as well. For complainers about price, you get what you pay for. Discount surgeon? It's the only mouth you have, and Dr. Ban goes above and beyond to make sure it's superbly cared for.
