This vet clinic was a great find. They are friendly and responsive and tend to be a wee bit less expensive than many other vets. The place is spotless every time I go in. The downside is that, like most clinics, it takes a while to get an appointment. Be patient. I think you will find it worth the wait. We have used them for everything from well dog checkups to - sadly - euthanasia of a couple of beloved dogs. They are quite sensitive to the pain of loss and have a special room with its own exit so you don't have to display grief in front of the world. They are not on the beaten path out there in Banning but worth the drive. Five stars!

Staff was helpful, informative every step of the way. Vet’s assessment of my cat’s was thorough and communication was clear. And best of all, she listened to me like I actually knew my pet. Basically, awesome experience.

Other than long hold times on the phone I generally have a good experience at Banning Vet. However, my appt. on 1/21 was met with a new Dr. Ross which I was unaware was happening. I was expecting my follow up appt. With Dr. Ryan who was always very caring. This usually wouldn’t matter but Dr. Ross never once held my cat, especially after explaining she has more knotted hair I’d like her check out. She told me they were too bust and I’d have to re-schedule for sedation & surgery. The Dr. was also happy to let me know I needed to do full labs since it’s been a year even though I had gone in to get my cat’s Thyroid checked. When she came back into the office with the cat carrier she plopped my cat down facing the wall, I quickly turned my cat to face me and opened her cage door. She looked even more scared than when we first got there. My cat hates going to the Vet and we both stress out. I usually don’t complain but this was no fun! Especially after spending $377 I wasn’t expecting to.

Excellent doctors to care for my cat. Great access off the 10 freeway. They take time to give information about care and medication. Very kind people. Facility is large, clean, top notch. Dr Murphy was the doctor. She's great.

Very friendly staff. Good doctors. Amazing prices. Just be prepared to wait. My average visit time is about 2 hours. 10 to 15 minutes with the doctor and the rest is all waiting. Totally worth it if you can make the time.

We had to euthanize our grand pup we had for 15 years and 7 months. Dr. Greenhouse and her entire staff handled the whole process so gently, compassionatly and kindly for not only the humans but also our grand pup Ebony. It was a very difficult time for us but because of their genuine caring and concern, their actions made it easier for us.
I would recommend this place to all that asks where is a top notch veterinary hospital.

I took my dog here about a year ago for their after-hours emergency care. I had just picked up my dog from another vet from surgery, and not even 10 minutes after picking him up, his bandage had fallen off, and he was bleeding all over my car. I found this vet and brought him in, and they gave me and him the most fantastic care I have ever received at a vet clinic. They re-bandaged and cleaned his surgery wounds for me at no cost. I was scared and alone (my parents left that morning for vacation). The staff took such good care of me and my pup, comforting me and caring for him. That experience will stay with me forever, and I look forward to bringing my family animals here regularly. We have an appointment for the 31st, and I'll update then 🙂

I took my dog in for a wellness check after he'd previously been having uncontrollable sneezing bouts. They'd subsided a week or two before I got in but I kept the appointment. They, as I, suspected it was allergies or possibly had been a temporary respiratory ailment but they only charged me $65 for the visit which is mind boggling compared to what the vets in Palm Springs charge. Such a pleasant surprise.
