Here are my teeth three weeks after a “cleaning” at this dental office. I discovered this because I visited another dentist due to dissatisfaction with the care here. Never would I have expected that the dentist would pretend to perform a cleaning while actually doing nothing. For some reason, the cleaning was done by the doctor himself, not a hygienist so he can't deflect the blame on any of his staff. You can see the date of the message from the dental office and the date of the photo in the bottom left corner to confirm the timeline. Take my advice—find another provider.

I’ve never been the biggest fan of the dentist, but my experience at Bayshore was absolutely fantastic! They went above and beyond to help me save my tooth, and the whole atmosphere felt so welcoming—almost like being part of a family. The dentist has worked on me and my family members, making each visit feel completely stress-free. A huge thank you for the amazing service and for fitting me in for the procedure on short notice. You don’t see this kind of care in many places these days!

I have to tell you it was really nervous because I am neurodivergent and I think and act differently than most people so being brave and going to this amazing dentist was the first step in getting my mouth back on track. Dr Aguilar and his team are amazing! Mad props to Joe who did all of my x-rays he is fantastic!
If you're looking for a dental office that is patient thorough caring I definitely recommend Bayshore dental without a doubt one of the best visits I've had in my life!!!

I called 3 times and never got an answer, but instead each time I was texted back by an AI agent, "Aimee". The AI gave me an appointment for 8:00 am, then sent me a form that asked for my Social Security Number.

I then realized that google says their office doesn't open until 8:30. I called again, no answer.

I called a different office of theirs and finally spoke with a person. He told me that the office I called is closed and under renovation, and that the dentists don't actually come in until 9 am.

So an AI:
1. gave me an appointment at a time the office isn't even open
2. at a location that is closed
3. then asked for my social security number.

I'm sure the dentists and everybody who work here are great. But they need to get rid of this system. It should not be possible for somebody to be given an appointment without actually speaking with a human. Thank goodness I did not actually show up at the office at the time I was given, but it has probably happened to somebody else.

A dentist office is a pretty odd place to apply AI which really makes me question this office's judgement. If they want to save a few bucks chasing Silicon Valley trends while providing a worse experience, I don't trust them in my mouth.

Dr. Aguilar is another GEM in dentistry! He's very compassionate, patient and gentle. *(10 stars*) Additionally, the staff was very hands with making the experience stress free and extremely precise in executing my visit! I'm very grateful for the experience. Plus that Novocain lasted over 6 hrs. I'm feeling relieved right about now! Thanks Bayshore...

Superb location with smart team of professionals, great app for checkin, insurance, security forms; expert and friendly dentists delivering painless cleaning in comfortable environment. Bayshore Dental, staff I am proud to give a 100% 10+ double + star. They are awesome!! It is hard to find a good dentist out there and in finding Bayshore and Dr. Aguilar I found the "best of the best". Also importantly, the staff and their hard work exceeded my expectations!
I am a new patient with everything best to say regarding my experience and how swift they tended to my tooth. I walked in just to make an appointment and to my surprise they saw me immediately.
