The dental office extracted the wrong tooth, leaving the problematic tooth still in place. My mother, under the influence of medication during the procedure, was unaware of the mistake until the effects wore off. Once she realized what had happened, it became clear that the tooth causing her pain was still in her mouth, while one of her healthy teeth had been removed. Despite pointing this out, the staff claimed the extracted tooth was "bad," even though it had never caused her any pain. They offered no compensation or resolution for their error. As a result, we are pursuing legal action to hold them accountable for this negligence.

Love the entire staff!! Everyone is beyond professional and provides world class customer service. Recently, I got my appointment time confused and I missed my cleaning and exam. Angela was able to find a way to get me seen the same day!!! One of many reasons why I have a been a loyal patient the last 5 years.
