VISIT HERE BEFORE YOU GO TO BOOTS AND OTHER LOCATIONS FOR BEAUTY ITEMS!

Much cheaper here, was so annoyed that I paid full price in boots! Hair care avaliable, beauty products, dupe perfumes all at unbeatable prices!

Staff also incredibly nice and helpful

Rude staff. Not treated with respect and when picked up product told us that we had to be qualified and to put it down, in a rude manner. Watched over us as though we were about to steal stuff

I just love this store chain. As we were visiting family I thought I would pop in. Never fail to walk out with something. I just wish the store in my hometown hadn’t closed ! They have an amazing selection of products at very affordable prices. Great for gifts or just a little treat.

Clean and tidy with plenty of choice

Absolutely appalling staff, went in and staff watched over as well as followed me and my peers constantly in a way we were “suspicious” when simply looking at their products. There was no friendly introduction and when looking at a product that was already opened a staff member said in a passive aggressive tone “can not open it to test it out, only try testers” when it was already opened and previously been tested ? We simply did not feel welcomed and left feeling discriminated which is disappointing. Less than 1 star if could.

Was a bit of mish mash of stuff, not a plc for a wheelchair or a pram, every corner of space is covered with make up, not alot of room to move, not for me, make up is ok again just far too much stuff to see not a comfortable shop to be in.

Getting watched as if I were a thief the ignorant women with the blonde and pink hair it’s 2022 not 2010 fix your hair before you go watching people. Not gonna be back in this store used to be my favourite till now I’ve told this further up management for this because I as a security guard myself do not tolerate being disrespected and discriminated
