I haven’t had a dental cleaning in about 5 years because life happens. I was super nervous going in for a deep cleaning because anxiety happens. Amy Jo did my cleaning and she was the sweetest most caring hygienist I have ever met. So I had a mini panic attack while I was there and she stopped numbing me let me sit up and gave me a capri sun to drink. She sat and talked to me until my panic attack stopped. They also played Taylor swift on the radio since I mentioned I liked her :) She then offered to only do half if I wasn’t able to sit through my entire deep cleaning. She numbed me up so well that I didn’t feel much at all. Panic attack aside it wasn’t that bad at all. My gums were sore for a few days afterwards but that was expected. The cost was $1360.00 for the deep cleaning that included the 1 yr dental plan which cost $345.00 by itself it also included rx mouthwash and fluoride toothpaste.

This practice is surgically clean from the reception, waiting room, bathroom to the actual care room. Suzanne greeted me with a big welcoming smile, it was my first time at this place, she had all the paperwork ready for me to fill out and sign. The waiting room is facilitated with a nice big screen TV and a fridge filled with complimentary bottles of water. I also had an interaction with Kaya as well while waiting, she was super friendly and informative. Amy was my dental hygienist but I think her title is much fancier I just can't crack the three-letter-code :); We had a fun conversation, she was so friendly to talk to and answered my dental-related questions thoroughly. Finally, Dr. Ferreira was approachable and gave me some great pieces of advice on how to care for my teeth. I definitely and highly recommend Bell Rd Dental Care to all of my friends and family. I have tried many different dentists in the area and I am 100% in love with Bell Road Dental. The entire staff makes you feel welcome and they never try to up-sell you on services you don't need.

I was scared. I am not alone in not being excited to go to the dentist but it’s one of the few things I actually get nervous scared for. That being said, this is the most disarming team I have had the pleasure of dealing with, regardless of the profession. From the warmest welcome at the front by Kaya and Cat, to AmyJo the hygienist, and finally my new dentist Dr. Ferreira, I have never felt like I was truly seen before this visit. I hadn’t been to a dentist in years and let my teeth get really bad. I was visibly embarrassed and this team made me feel so comfortable and welcome. No shaming of what I should have been doing, just gathering a plan of what we are going to do. I can not stress how fantastic the staff is and how warm and cared for I legitimately felt. They broke down all pricing between my insurance and my own out of pocket while reminding me this is just a surface overall until we really get into it. I am fully aware of the glacier effect and have a feeling my road to care is going to be bumpy and full of nails and debris but I am so thankful that this is the team that is in charge of taking care of me. One of the best dental experiences I have ever had. The office is very clean and professional. The check in process was very straight forward and the staff were prompt. They make you feel like home and really personalize your experience. The cleaning was done with utmost care and quality— it was not rushed. I have found my dental team!

I had a veneer come off while at a convention as a vendor. They worked me in right away to get me smiling again. Very professional and friendly. I rarely take time to write reviews but they deserve it.
