Completed all paperwork as instructed online, yet had to complete it again. Was told my insurance was not accepted even though I had already verbally talked to someone and sent a copy of the insurance card. When finished with dental work, told the assistant I could still feel something. She stated she could not get to it and it would be ok in a few days. After a night of pain I returned the next day and the assistant fixed it

I have been going to Bella for a couple years. I even suggest them to others. No 5 stars because I made an appointment, showed up on time but I didn't confirm so they gave away my appointment. NOT COOL!!!!

So I had an appointment at 1 o’clock today. I showed up at 12:50. I sat there till 130 ask the front desk how far he was behind said there was three patients that were already back there and that they would bring me back in about 10 minutes them that I was leaving. I’ve been sitting there long enough. You have to understand that your time is important, but so is mine, so that’s why you get the stars today I suggest to take a little bit more care in Scheduling

I enjoyed the service and professionalism that was displayed splayed. The all took time to explain what they were doing and showed me exactly what they were talking about with the e x-rays. I will let others know and patronize them.

I went in for a first time exam and xrays.i only seen the dentist for less than 5 minutes,he did say hello and introduce himself but honestly didn't look at the periodontal disease I have going on and for 1 extraction without insurance was $290 which is fair but I believe more could've been done or said for further treatment.i even asked about invisalign at the office but the tech told me he had heard of them but had never had a client with invisalign at his office.and although the tech was of more help than the dentist he literally told me if I be careful when I go home I may be able to do the same thing with my other tooth and just pull it myself.honestly I didn't have a good trip,I won't be going back

I received a link to book an exam and X-rays for a $40 special, so I followed the link to book an appointment online for 5pm on Friday. I arrived to the office, nobody was around. Finally a lady comes from the back saying “we are closed”. After telling her I booked an appointment online she stated that it’s an option to book online, but that the system won’t show them who books appointments. The lady at the desk kept making excuses saying the system was broken but would never acknowledge that if the online booking system is broken then it should not be available to use to book appointments. She did not offer to reschedule my appointment and only made excuses for them not knowing about the appointment even though she made it clear they are aware the online booking system is not alerting them to appointments being scheduled. I will be going somewhere else for dental services. Very poor customer service and management of the scheduling of appointments.
