My beautiful wife had a nasty MTB crash into and over the last bridge of the Oregon Gulch trail on Friday at 4pm. She knocked out her front tooth and had several associated lacerations. I called Dr Franz's office, was directed to call his cell, and he answered on the first ring. After hearing a description of her injuries, Dr. Franz offered to meet us at his office at 5pm, where he took a thorough medical history and conducted a very detailed exam with xrays. He diagnosed my wife as having broken her tooth with multiple fragments of root remaining, and gave her several detailed treatment options. After having all of her questions answered, she selected extraction of the root fragments, bone grafting with growth factors Dr Franz extracted from her blood along with collagen to promote healing, an Invisalign retainer for her temporary tooth, and repair of the lacerations inside and outside her mouth. Dr Franz's expert injection of a local anesthesia made the entire process pain free, and she required only Ibuprophen. After more than two hours of work, Dr Franz then drove us back to the B&B. I just received and paid his very reasonable bill of just a few thousand dollars, which was far less than I thought it would cost for such world class care. We are so grateful for Dr Franz and would give him our highest praise.

Dr. Franz met us at 3pm on a Saturday to fix both of my twins' broken front teeth. He could not have been nicer and more accommodating about meeting us for an emergency on a weekend.. Going to the dentist is certainly not my favorite activity. It is important to me to find a dentist I can trust. I highly recommend Dr. Franz and his team as people who take the extra time to explain things, show you pictures, let you know where you're doing well and if you have room for improvement in your dental hygiene. He even calls and checks up on you in the evening after procedures to make sure everything is working perfectly. He and his assistant work seamlessly together and the hygienists are wonderful! Which is saying a lot because my last hygienist was my best friend who I trusted completely.

I spent the past few weeks thinking about how to word this review but it is impossible to express how truly grateful I am to have received Dr. Franz's care.

The reason you should go with Dr. Franz is this: the bottom line is he cares about his patients and is totally invested in their success.
I just survived a hell of week of tooth problems and it would not have been possible without the help and flexibility of Dr. Franz. Here is my story:
I was in agonizing tooth pain following treatment I had received on my teeth from another local dentist (who did not have emergency contact). It was bad and I was about to go to the emergency room. I contacted Dr. Franz in the dead of night asking for help. He was able to meet me and administer treatment and anesthesia. But it did not end there. Throughout the next week I was in and out of his office at all odd times (11pm, 5am, etc) as we tried reversing the damage. He did not have to take that much time out his life to help me, but he did. Even after receiving treatment from the third dentist he reached out to check in. I have to emphasize again that I would not have made it through this without his flexibility, patience and dedication.

I share Melissa Mauselle's poor review (below). I have to say Ben's office staff provides terrible customer service. The front desk clerk, Lily, was extremely rude and confrontational. I'm a long time customer and want to give them the benefit of the doubt, but can't put up with aggressive office staff. I will look for another dentist and I suggest others do the same.
